The first order was denied by my bank

The first order was denied by my bank. When I re ordered the pants were sent in the wrong size. I had to have them altered by a professional to get them to fit . I ordered a size 4448 and received a 54! The shirt was a 17 so I had to buy a new one that fit because it was way to small.there was no size offered over a 17. I ordered size 14 shoes and received a 13. Very disappointing!

We do offer some shirts over a size 17 if stocks are in and our shoes are labeled one size down from US sizing as we sent you a UK13 which is a US14 so these are correct.

I am disappointed to see it looks like we did fail you by sending the wrong size jacket, which I appolagise for and will take up with the warehouse team.

Good Color, Price and Style but Limited Sizing.

The color and style were exactly what I wanted. The price was very good value. I wish you had an "XXL" size. (Real Irish/Hannah has XXL.) My order was labelled as an "L/XL" sizing. I can get it on my head but it's tight. I have to wear it at a rakish angle to fit comfortably which makes it sit "higher" on my head than I'd like.

Great product however, customer service with no reply for questions regarding returns and company needs to be more transparent on having their customers pay for their own return shipping.

Ordered two waistcoats. one came with a broken button. I only asked for a replacement button. they went way above and credited the price of the vest. Not expecting that.

Suit jacket & vest were not on hangers

Received the suit in a nice garment bag Pants were hung on a hanger , the suit and vest were thrown in the garment bag with no other hangers in the bag . Received all wrinkled . Thanks !
