Absolutely perfect experience

Absolutely perfect experience! I took a gamble and ordered a white tie tuxedo for a 5 figure charity ball. Without the benefit of trying on the tuxedo beforehand nor judging its quality, I wore the tuxedo for the first time the evening of the event. It fit me perfectly, as if custom tailored. I’m a very happy customer.

Did not receive a jacket hanger with my shipment. I let customer service know and they did not propose a solution. I have shopped with dobell numerous times and always received a hanger, and this time I didn't. Customer service acknowledged the problem and just blamed it on the warehouse packing.

They never Disappoint!

Transparency Was Appreciated

I appreciated the transparency of Dobell in notifying us about the added tariffs and fees to ship the product from China. This would have doubled our cost, and we were able to easily cancel our order. This left us with a positive impression of Dobell, and we will certainly recommend them and consider them for future purchases.

I was not happy with Dobell no exchange…

I was not happy with Dobell no exchange policy as it cost me an Additional $100+ tariff charge to get a different size pant for a 3 piece suit. The initial tariff was $314.00 so this is ridiculous!

Two buttons popped off

I bought a double breasted velvet blue sports jacket. It was really nice and was packed in a travel bag. However two of the buttons popped off the first time I wore it. Luckily I found one and they packed one extra. Will need to have a tailor put them on and maybe re sew the others so they don’t fall off. The material of the jacket was nice though.
