Design
I had been trying to work out what I wanted, and what would work for me and the house. One hour with Sally, and she had understood what I really wanted and needed. The design plans were then shared, and wow - more than I thought possible, including remodelling the back of the house to allow a more open plan, and incorporating my hopes as to how the house could be used.
I was then able to choose the flooring, doors, appliances, surfaces with lots of useful input. I did note that the cost of the appliances was on par with 'discount kitchen suppliers'.

Fitting & Management
The kitchen fitting was managed from start to finish. Various tradespeople visited and performed the work they needed to. I was impressed with all; the quality of workmanship plus they were really nice people (and I have even used a couple since the kitchen was done).
Everything went more-or-less to plan and I was kept updated throughout. The team at Dobsons kept a checklist and a snag list (which was bigger than mine), and ensured that the kitchen was perfect.

Six months on
The kitchen is still perfect, very usable, and I have had only positive comments about the design and the fitting. It is a wonderful space to be in, and we as a family use the space more than we ever did. I really love my kitchen. Thank you Dobsons!

I would not hesitate to use Dobsons again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are delighted with our new bathroom - an outstanding design from Andrew - and Kevin was a very charming and effective project manager. I would have given five stars if the project had completed on time. Although the delays were mainly not within Dobsons' control, the communication was not always good and, on occasions, the problems might have been resolved more quickly with a little additional foresight. However no building project ever runs completely smoothly and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Dobsons to others.

What a fantastic company. I would have no doubts what so ever in recommending it to ANYONE. They keep you up to date at every stage of the work, they stick to time scales, and their work is brilliant....just a great company. They are at the top end price wise, but you get what you pay for, as I found out sadly! Dobsons had to rip the shower out that we had fitted by cowboys. Why we didnt go to Dobsons in the first place I have no idea. Ill know for next time......Just go to Donsons, they do the best job ever!!!

We had our gutters replaced and the workman arrived early and were very quick and polite. The work was finished on time and the workman cleared up any mess at the end of the day. I would recommend the company to family and friends.

We recently had our bathrooms completely redone by Dobsons and have had our expectations exceeded on all occasions.

It started with the initial design meeting with Andrew whereby he visited our home and then produced the perfect plans. We found Andrew to be thorough and the designs have made great use of space and produced bathrooms ideal for our needs.

The work was overseen by Kevin and completed by the Dobsons team to the highest standards. Any items we wanted enhanced were done so immediately and without hesitation.

Excellent . We appreciated the personal touch of phone calls and emails saying what was happening next, when and who was going to be carrying out the work. The workmanship was off a very high quality. We are extremely pleased with the end result which has transformed our house.

We needed a new front door and a visit to Dobson's extensive showroom gave us numerous examples and styles to choose from. The showroom staff are very knowledgeable and their advice was trustworthy and reliable. The price was competitive and decent, especially when there are quite a few companies around now offering similar products, be they smaller firms or the big national ones. The site survey was completed promptly and the order was complete and ready for installation soon after. The installation team were friendly, tidy and very highly-skilled. The finished product is fantastic and they completed absolutely everything to an incredibly high standard. They left the place very tidy and overall we can't fault Dobsons in any way whatsoever. We are completely chuffed with our new front door!!

From start to finish all work done to very high standard, left keys with all workers so we didn't have to wait in every morning. Quality of fittings also very good, courtesy calls throughout

I can only but praise the friendliness, professionalism, care, quality, and standard of work by Dobsons . From the initial site visit from Andrew, the bathroom specialist, the ideas that he came up with in his designs for both bathroom, and the outdated shower room. Seeing them visually at the showroom on screen really helped us visualise our dream rooms, then seeing them take shape as the work took place to transform both rooms. What impressed us greatly was that we received a schedule of the works that were going to take place, with dates, and who would be here. Special thanks to Ross and Mikey for their hard work in getting the rooms into shape , John the plumber, Dave, for his fantastic job of tiling, all overseen by Kevin, who managed the projects with regular visits, and phone calls to update, and to see if everything was okay. The end results are two rooms totally transformed to the highest standard anyone would wish for. I have no reservation in recommending Dobsons as a company at all, their customer care is of the highest standard.

I really appreciated the way the work was scheduled and organised. The work that was done by everyone was very good. I also really appreciated being listened to and how easy it is to make contact with key people at Dobsons.Definitely value for money.

New patio doors required urgently. Showroom staff knowledgeable and helpful.Surveyor arrived on time. New doors delivered ahead of scheduled date.Installation team quick, efficient and friendly. All round excellent service on this small project.

Dobsons have done another excellent installation of windows and also some French doors at my home. This Company is extremely professional and helpful. They are a little expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. At every stage of the job each staff member is excellent and efficient. Everyone is very polite and helpful (John, Steve and Nick) I am now thinking I need a new bathroom to go with my lovely window!
Would recommend Dobsons to my family and friends without hesitation.

Dobsons helped us select two replacement external doors and fitted them perfectly a few weeks later. Very happy with the experience.

Dobson's expertise shown from John's initial visit who afforded patience to ensure I made the right windows and back door choice.
After my window choice Dobson's surveyor Steve came to ensure all measurements were correct.
Day of installation and I couldn't have had better fitters. Lee, Michael, Tom and Ross were efficient, polite and obviously experts in installation.
End result lovely new windows installed by a very efficient company, Dobsons. Would thoroughly recommend them.
