Very professional service from our first visit to the showroom through to completion of installation of our new front door

From start to finish our experience with Dobsons was one that we would be happy to repeat. Our designer, Andrew, fully grasped our requirements and, although we had the upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom refitted at the same time, the inconvenience was less than we had anticipated. The completed rooms are truly magnificent and have been much admired by visitors to our home. We were particularly impressed with the design of the long, narrow, downstairs cloakroom. The work was carried out to the very highest standards by a wonderful team, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dobsons to anyone.

We are so glad we used Dobsons for installing our new Kitchen and Bathrooms. Firstly they had to fit in with the builders of new flats. Difficult task when you have a typical bolshy builder. When we moved in, having done a good job we found the corner shower enclosure was not what we had ordered. Dobsons arranged for the correct one to be installed but in doing so the underfloor heating failed. Without hesitation Dobsons replaced both the underfloor heating and tiling. All now complete and working fine.
It is unlikely that an 'off the shelf' installer would have matched their level of service in both installation and adjustments.
Dobsons are not cheap but we are very satisified that the products and service they provide are second to none. Long may they continue.

Dobsons provided a first class service from design, installation and hand over. All trades are supplied and every detail is discussed prior to works carried out. All workmen are professional and highly skilled. We are definitely going to use them again.

Whether it be the management or the workforce, Dobsons are a really friendly and personable company. They proved to be open to customer input, flexible as the project was being carried out, and reliable in completing work efficiently and on time. Incidental damage was corrected promptly and without question. Andrew and Matthew were easily contactable and were patient and courteous at all times. Dobsons is not a cheap option but, considering the time spent with us, from initial design to completion, we got what we paid for. Well done and thank you to you all.

We were due to have a new door fitted on Fri 9th Dec, this was cancelled at short notice., due to illness. Steve Carpenter later offered us the follwing Mon which we happily accepted. The fitter Lee arrived on time and fitted our new door with great patience and care, paying attention to the details, as we had expected from Dobsons. At the end of the installation, Lee drew our attention to some marks on the door, which on inspection were unacceptable for a brand new door. Lee photographed the marks and told us he would show them to Steve Carpenter ,who, if he could not rectify them himself, would contact the manufacturer and arrange for the panels or even the whole door to be replaced. When I spoke to Steve Carpenter on Thursday 15th Dec he told me that our details had been passed to the door manufacturer A and B glass and they would contact us. We'll give 5 stars when job is finished.

We spent some time looking at various windows in period cottages like ours, and decided sliding sash was right for our property. Right from the outset, the representative from Dobsons listened to us and what we trying to achieve, and put forward so me suggestions and ideas in a clear no nonsense manner. We decided to proceed, the surveyor visited, and again listened to what we wanted. The day of installation arrived, which was in line with projected delivery dates, installation was completed by two fitters, again, excellent representatives of Dobsons, with a care for their work. Excellent installation, clean, tidy and professional work. Finished installation totally matched our expectations, a first class professional service from start to finish..

All products supplied are of high quality and installation work was carried out to an excellent standard and completed within the time pre- stated.
I would highly recommend this company to all those seeking a top quality installation.

Have used Dobsons over the years for a full kitchen and bedroom re-fit. They may not be the cheapest in the area, but their service (including after sales service - even 3 years after installation!) is second to none. Still a good "family business" feel to it.
