Easy setup but bugs
Easy setup, however there’s a bug in the app where you can’t submit a form meaning you can’t invest until it’s resolved. Any support is via app messages with promises to get back to you not for filled

Good, but could be so much better
I like that the platform is cheap and has a decent selection of funds.
I think what it's missing is a mid-cap fund when it comes to USA and Europe companies
I would also really like to see a super basic graph of how your Investments are doing over time. Literally every other app I've got has at least some version of being able to look at your investment growth over time on a graph

I had a few teething problems initially…
I had a few teething problems initially but eventually found the first steps fairly easy. I don’t expect to make a million but you just never know. Presently apart from initial decisions I am in the hands of the Dodl investment experts to save me from losing too much😋

You can’t really fault it! I messaged their chat bot. I asked to speak to a customer service employee. I was redirected immediately. My query was handled in a professional and timely manner. I even asked follow ups, extra questions and additional requests and it was handled seamlessly. Thank you.
