Lazy worker

Yea I stopped going into my local shop. Last few people they have hired are lazy and useless. When I walk into a shop and first thing I see is some lazy worker and don't look up just says hello when door rings when someone enters sorry I bothered your Facebook time. Yep every time I walk in face in phone. Then to make it worse you get two or twenty items all are going into one bag. I'll dive to next town, it's a nice ten minutes down back roads.

Incompetent Manager and unsupporting Corporate Office

The manager and corporate office in Corpus Christi, Texas have no professionalism when dealing with REAL customer complaints. They side with their incompetent manager in the Morningside Square. I was sent an email from DOLLAR TREE stating my package was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and I was told nothing came in. I reported a missing package, which was ordered online and delivered to this store. The manager made every excuse to not meet with me because, " he wanted me to just go away" to buy him more time to think of an excuse of what happened to my items which DOLLAR TREE had already debited out of my account.

My experience working for Dollar Tree.

I was recently hired as a cashier/associate. I stopped in and asked if they were hiring and was just about hired on the spot. Received call from store manager next morning to finish the paperwork. the manager was going on vacation the next day and wanted to get me in the system before she left. she gave me schedule to work next day being Thursday and the next week to work Tuesday, Wednesday and
Friday 1:30 to 5:30. they were very patient training me on their own system. When I came in on Friday, they told me I wasn't on the schedule but was to work Saturday. Meantime I kept asking about my schedule for the following week and was told several times I was not on the schedule and the manager was the only one that could make changes to schedule, and she was not due to come back till Tuesday of that week. Someone else started the same day and was scheduled for 2 days? I showed them my notes where she told me what days and I was surprised it didn't include the weekend. I would have come back the next day but was not happy to find out I wasn't on the schedule for following week. Was not getting good vibes if this is how the place is run and what to look forward to. I was also told by 3 people that they were cutting hours? Why hire?? I am not up to playing games, just came in to work a job. Very frustrated and feel like I was used to cover her days off.

I love shopping at the dollar tree

I love shopping at the dollar tree. In most cases, I find exactly what I'm looking for and most times I find additional items. Today was a little bit different. I got to the store like I normally do and did my shopping. I found exactly what I needed and then some. When I got to the register there was a long line and there were no other cashiers available at the time. I stood in line until it was my turn and took my items out of the basket setting them on the conveyor belt in sections. I always separate my food items from my cleaning items. When the lady started to ring me up, she bagged everything all together. There was no separation and when I got to my car I had to re-bag my own things. This isn't usually a big deal, but this has been happening more and more. I just wanted to let somebody at Dollar tree know that this is happening at the Altoona Iowa location.

I recently visited the Dollar Tree…

I recently visited the Dollar Tree Store #8764 and it was the cleaniest store I have ever visited in my entire 43 yrs of living. I don't live here but wish we could have these employees at the one in my town. ALL product was in the correct spot and there were no boxes of merchandise on the floor so we could shop easily for product. I asked for the manager they stated that she was out but I think they said her name was Stephanie. She is doing an amazing job managing the store and the employees are doing an excellent job keeping it clean. Keep up the good work.

Went to Dollar tree in Pequannock Street
In Bridgeport, the cashier was telling a customer that she was close, but she was very rude after the customer left and did his own self check out. She was standing in the front the self checkout speaking very loud about the customer that just left and cursing so that everyone can hear her.(Calling the customers in general all types of names. I thought that was very, very unprofessional. If she has to speak like that in front of customers she should not be working for your business. I will not be returning back again to think I go every week

Rude and unprofessional manager

I was visiting the Dollar Tree located at 2145 E. Houston Street in San Antonio, Texas two weeks ago. I had a backpack. There was another customer whose child had a backpack too. The female, Hispanic manager told me I couldn't have my backpack, but she allowed the woman with the child to have it. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to come across as rude. She kept saying "Ma'am you can't have that backpack". I just looked at her and then she said it again louder but added I could keep it if I put in in one of their baskets. I did. When I got home, I called to speak with her but she didn't call me back. This woman was so rude, belligerent and her behavior showed a disparity in treatment. A few weeks before that, I witnessed an employee threaten to beat up a customer. No wonder they are closing. Also, their stock is very poor now and the store is a mess!

Racial profiling

I went into the store in Stockton CA on Wilson way. They said that they were closing early becasue it was a hot day. They told the people to finish there shopping and check out. This checker followed me from row to row telling me to leave. WHY did she not follow any other customers? This is Discrimination and Senior abuse!! I might move slower then people her age. So she Humilated me and I have been a big customer for years.There was still a long line..I kept telling her I was almost done but she kept Harrasing me, I believe this is the same lady who harassed me before. She was rude to me in the past and I complained about her before to the manager. I think its a RACIAL issue. When I got to the check out and said I did not appricate being followed and harrassed , the other emplyees called me a liar!! I told them to view the tape., she was Rude to me. The employees lied and said she was always up front. She was not!!! As God is my witness she did follow me and harrass me, I do not take to being called a liar, or being harrassed. She is a rude person. Look at your cameras. Last time she mouthed off at me is no way a employee should speak to a customer. This time her other employee friends all ganged up on me. I felt ganged up on. View the tape. Five of them to one of me. I felt afraid. Last time she told me to walk around I was in her way!!! Who is the customer and who are the employees!!! There is no the customer is always right in this store. I believe this is a Hate crime of race and age.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Two workers were rude and disrespectful, making rude comments about a customer that could be heard by the customer and other customers. I have never witnessed such disregard for common courtesies in customer service. The discounted price qt this store is not worth what customers have to deal with from the employees for this company.

Don't use Dollar Tree website

My Dollar Tree website order was never sent to the Dollar Tree store for me to pickup. Customer service will lie and tell you that your order is on its way over and over to delay giving you a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get refunded. You will regret using the website.

I use the Dollar Tree at Loyalist…Excellent staff

I use the Dollar Tree at Loyalist Plaza, Sidney Street, Belleville, Ontario. I couldn’t meet a more customer friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face, say goodbye with a “Have a good day!” when you leave.
I’m thinking the employees there, likely make minimum wage. Other places of businesses should take lessons on how to treat their customers. Belleville General Hospital for example, some nurses and doctors forget who is paying who. While they rake in a substantially much bigger wage, they complain about how hard they are worked, mistreat patients and ignore their work!
Kudos to these friendly, hard working employees. You are a true testament to how it’s done!

Over charged

I purchased a greeting card at a Cape Coral Dollar Tree for $1.07
11-29-23 using a credit card. When I received my credit card statement in December I was charged $101.07. I NEVER spend that kind of money at Dollar Tree. I didn't pay attention when I paid or keep my receipt. I called them they told me Since I didn't have my receipt they couldn't do anything about it. Then when I called month after month trying to get a receipt from their they said they didn't keep receipts that long. I had been trying to get the copy since a month after the purchase. I was scammed for $100.00.

I am a concerned customer

I am a concerned customer. The manager Michelle seems to be very rude and rac*st against darker skin women at the Rialto,Ca W Foothill Blvd location (I cannot tell you when all this all began, but it seems continuous). I see the Favoritism that is played to those who do not have a different skin color. I remember when there was a time when this location had a good number of beautiful darker skinned women working there. What happened to them? Seems as if this manager has a reputation for being rude. I see why they might have not wanted to work there. Oh, I get it, hire them then harass them, and then they either get fired or they quit due to the harassment. I will be calling corporate soon and the evidence is right there, where are the darker skin women, why so many not working here? What do rac*st managers do? They like to get dark skinned people on every little thing and harass them and they try to get OTHER managers who are also rac*st (how it seems) to join them ( I do not trust her vice managers either.) Why have any been promoted to management who are of a darker skin? Oh, I know Michelle Garcia is a rac*st. As for Walmart that is down the road from this location, congratulations on hiring darker skinned women (black or African American) over the years as managers!

Store #270 Mary Esther, Florida unprofessional Management

My toddler was wearing a mask she found in the toy area, but I told her she couldn't have it, so when I took it off this "new" manager tells me she needs it so it can be put in with defectives, and that was it. Also, came across rude. So, I turned around and told her maybe she should throw all of the toys away since that's what kids do. She lies to my face, talks over me, and says it's because there's no tag. Lol it's DT, ITS A DOLLAR! She continues to talk unprofessionally over me, saying she never said what I think she meant, NOPE, but she was never clear, so we made a scene. The problem is, her attitude towards customers, not kindly telling me, "I'm sorry, the mask needs to be sanitized, so if you could..." or maybe not telling me at all. I dont have a snotty kid, and my 3 year old is always good and not rambunctious even a little bit. So, I asked her for her name, and she refused to tell me and turned her name tag around. I'll find it out and be reporting her to corporate. She's CLEARLY NOT qualified for the job of any management position.

I placed an order online on Feb 7

I placed an order online on Feb 7, 2024 to be sent to the Stonecrest Store in San Diego. A month later, I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I went the same day I received the email only to discover the order was did not arrive. The manager of the store said this happens all the time. Customers receive a message that their order is ready for pick up, but there is no order at the store.

I called Dollar Tree. I was told it was "lost" and all they could do is refund me. Needless to say, I was upset because I had already waited for a month. The rep said I would receive a refund. Next thing I know, I receive an email thanking me for picking up my order. I called Dollar Tree to let them know that I did not receive the order and was still waiting for my refund.

I made multiple calls. I was then told that the refund was successful. However, when I called my bank, it had not been and I had to file a claim. My bank reimbursed me. Unfortunately, I just discovered today (two months later) that my bank REVERSED the claim and debited my account for $32.33. Now I have NO money and NO product.

I went to Dollar Tree website to see my account. NO ACCOUNT. Dollar Tree ONLINE is a SCAM. I no longer even have the EMAILS. I don't recall deleting them for my evidence. Technology! Now I don't even have the evidence. DO NOT BUY AT DOLLAR TREE ONLINE. As a matter of fact, they just lost a customer all together. I can't believe this!

My purse was stolen from the Dollar Tree

I arrived at Dollar Tree at April 13th within 9:10 the store close at 10:00 I got all my stuff and paid two separate orders $14 and some change from EBT and I had $38 of merchandise from Dollar Tree in Bloomington Illinois the address was 1407 North veterans parkway suite 7 Bloomington Illinois 61704 the phone number is 309-445-8377 I went there I didn't get a receipt it was a young girl of the by the name of summary she don't want to check me out I accidentally left my purse there came back the next day and it wasn't there I want to have the cameras watch to see who stole my purse I have a lot of stuff in that purse and which was mine my black wallet was in there my purse is brown look like a Gucci bag but it's look like a wallet and it has a gold chain around it that's the handle I had an over $300 in there purse plus $7 in cash I had an Amazon card with $100 on it I have a Target card with $100 on it and I even had a Walmart card with $100 on it I need my stuff back and if I don't get it back I will press charges and I will contact the Dollar Tree store in Bloomington each and every day until I find my purse I am so upset about all of this curl is mistakes but if the purse was just left there they should have put it up for me to come get it the next day instead someone stole it I think I don't know but like I said my name is Tamekia Williams 2179330124

I went in there today around 7pm

I went in there today around 7pm , I forgot my bag there and asked if they can look at the cameras or check for my receipt and they said to call back and told me when I called back that that couldn’t search the cameras and also the receipt couldn’t be found and I’d have to wait till Monday , if it was something important that I really needed it wouldn’t of mattered . I think you need better staff or need to train staff especially managers correctly . I am so unsatisfied.. really upset .
