We have just ended our 3-4 weeks travels in China. We travelled as a family of 6, including children and elderly. It felt a little more difficult planning for China as compared to other countries we have been, so after reading some recommendations on FB about engaging drivers, we dropped Hansong a message.

Hansong was very unassuming and he turned out to be friendly and professional. He was definitely the right guy to speak to, which was as mentioned by another FB reviewer.

Hansong was exceptional from start to finish. He started finding out how far along we had gone with our plans and if we needed help and guides. He took our itinerary, had a read and gave us detailed feedback and suggestions on how it should be tweaked to ensure optimum use of our time and how we can accommodate the young and the old in our group. He was consistently on top of every detail and gave us various ideas on how we can improve our planned schedule. Hansong was always in touch and maintained great communication with us, ensuring the trip ran smoothly at all times. His main role was to arrange drivers for our transportation at different points in the 6 different city-towns we did (CQ, CD, ZJJ, XA, LY, BJ). He made sure every transfer was seamless and drivers were reliable and punctual. Throughout the trip, he regularly checked in with us to confirm we were happy with what we had planned and we comfortable with our next point of call. He was always responsive to any feedback or requests we shared, his communication was clear, timely, and reassuring which made the entire experience stress-free.

Overall, we were very happy with all the drivers he has arranged. In addition to that, he took a proactive approach, attention to detail, and his genuine care for our experience made a meaningful difference. We felt well-supported at every stage of the journey and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dependable, attentive, and professional travel coordinator.

I'm glad I came across Dolphin Union's Hansong a few days before our trip. Made some last minute transportation arrangements and it was a breeze. He is very helpful and responsive , always quick to reply. We also used their travel guides for Beijing and Harbin to quickly get a overiew and maximize our short trip.
Very reliable and gave us the much needed peace of mind as a first time traveller to China with the family.

Hanson has rushed this version as i found the one he did for Beijing quite useful and i am an experienced traveller to Beijing for work in the past. The layout is done in a way which are useful for a first timer or an experienced china traveller who wants to explore more areas beside the common tourist points - useful information on payment system, transports, itinerary for certain period (useful for those on short visa trips) and local pointers for hotels, location, tourist attractions plus the best time and where to get tickets and lastly - places to eat and what food particular to that location is a pleasant touch to the guide. This will beat all those lonely planet, travel books and such which always fall short and written by people who don't really have depth of first hand experience. I guess their experience as tour guide play a role what they feel others will need and this hit a sweet spot.

Great info that is very useable for any visitor. I bought the guides even though I ‘ve been to some Chinese cities in the past. True value for money! The author is also very responsive to assist. Comes highly recommended.

I came across Mr.Hansong in a Facebook group and reached out to him to help arrange two guides; one in Xi’an and another in Datong. As we were travelling in a group of six, I felt that the most convenient option was to hire a driver to bring us to all the attractions, along with an English-speaking tour guide during our stay in Xi’an.
We truly appreciate his attentive service and his quick responses to all our questions. Every arrangement, from the hotel to the attractions and back, was smooth and well organised. We could not find any flaws in his service. His rates were the most affordable among all the quotes I received for a 7-seater car, which we are very grateful for.

The whole experience is amazing, from prebooking up to post booking. Hansong is very responsive and very quick to reply, I feel that he made the trip stress free, especially after having bad experience with another irresponsible,rude,unprofessional operator. Even after holiday, I still reached out to him asking help for my wechat issue, he was still very responsive and his communication is fantastic, something that I find a bit hard to find when you deal with local tour operators. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to use his service to make your trip stress free.

We’ve used two of the purchased guides Shanghai and Beijing. Trustworth seller and the guides are really well done. I would also offer a version without so many colors as it was difficult to print.

I found Hansong (Dophinunion) on Facebook “Travel in China”. Hansong provided multiple guides (Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, and Shanghai). A lot of tips regarding to applications needed to move around China. Payment processing when making purchase of food, restaurants, and etc. Recommendations to famous tourist attraction with peak time slot. How to avoid overpaying as well. Highly recommend this to future traveler that need additional informations to China!

I bought the Guangzhou guide to help me prepare for my first trip to China. It is such a fantastic guide! It is so comprehensive and gives me all the information I need. I feel prepared and less overwhelmed now about my upcoming trip. I don’t feel I need to go anywhere else to get the information I need as this guide covers it clearly and in an understandable format. I know that this guide is going to be an essential part of my travel and I will keep referring back to it.
