I bought three tote bags, they looked lovely, all quilted and supposedly of crisp cotton. (£34 each). They were presents for colleagues, as I was retiring, I was so embarrassed, they arrived on the very last day and I had to give them, all nylon and Chinese rubbish. It was a real con!

I would make it -10 if I could. Absolute con from China, this has never seen a London store let alone the nice looking ‘Donna’ on the ads. Rubbish product that come directly from China. Don’t touch it.

I purchased clothing for £221.03. One item is faulty;
one item is not as described (advertised as linen/size 10, received polyester/size M). I exercised Donna London's own 30-day return policy for the remaining unsuitable items. Despite repeated polite requests, they have not acknowledged my specific concerns nor honoured the return arrangements you've requested and has instead repeatedly offered partial refunds.

Steer clear of this company. The items look great but... Item supplied was a cheap imitation. Paid for an Artisan bag that was padded and made with good quality materials. Received a canvas type bag with no padding or inside pocket. After many emails they say they are going to refund me 70% of what I paid. I will end up paying £12 for a bag that is worth less than £5. The only thing that was as ordered was the design.
I asked them to honour their 30 risk free money back guarantee but they won't. I was offered 50% refund but after fighting for more, they offered 70%. It remains to be seen if they actually refund as promised.

If I could give zero stars I would! The same as all the other reviews, cheap product from China and offered 50% and can keep the bag but did go up to 70% but it isn't even worth that. It is nothing like the photos or description and have initiated a chargeback with the CC company.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have contacted this company about 8 times now & sent my reference number & reasons for wanting a refund & they just keep asking for the same info. This company is supposed to be based in London but the items are cheap & tacky, they come from China, look nothing like the item you've ordered & take forever to arrive. They offer a money back guarantee but good luck with getting it, it's not happening. Don't waste your money!

Why did I order from this company without checking the reviews first? The quality of the clothing is terrible. DO NOT purchase from this place.

I would not recommend this company.

The clothes I received were nothing like the photos shown on the website. The quality was extremely poor, the fabric was 100% polyester, and the items looked completely different from what was advertised. It felt like a cheap imitation.

Delivery took much longer than expected, and I later discovered that the items were shipped from China, despite the branding suggesting a London-based fashion company.

When I contacted customer service to return the order, they refused to honour their own return policy and repeatedly offered only a 50% refund if I kept the items. Their website clearly states that they offer a money-back guarantee and full refunds for approved returns, yet they would not provide proper return instructions or process a full refund.

This business practice is misleading and very disappointing. I have now had to consider opening a Visa/Revolut chargeback because the company is refusing to resolve the issue fairly.

Be very careful before ordering from this website.

Misleading Product & Poor Customer Service
I ordered the “Artisanal Bag – Dragon Reader with Books and Mugs” from Donna London after being drawn in by the beautiful product photos and detailed description. The listing clearly stated the bag had a zip, internal pockets, structure, and premium craftsmanship.What I received after waiting four weeks was nothing like the advertised item.The bag delivered was:A flimsy, foldable tote with no structureNo zip, no pockets, no liningCheap material that looked nothing like the photosNowhere near the quality implied by the original £116 “before discount” priceThis is not a minor difference — it is a completely different product to what was advertised.When I contacted the company, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering the correct item, they responded with a generic message and offered me 50% off to keep the incorrect item, which I do not accept. This does not resolve the fact that the product was misrepresented.I have now had to raise a chargeback with my bank because the retailer has not provided a satisfactory resolution.I am extremely disappointed.
This experience feels like false advertising, and based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be careful before ordering.

Scam site, purchased a beautiful bag, what I got was absolute rubbish that I wouldn’t even give away, nothing like I actually ordered

Scam site. They say bags are hand made, with quilting, in a sale for £34.95. They are cheap prints they order from China, £6 on Temu. The site says they have a Trustpilot rating of 4.75. They say money back if not satisfied, all fake. You can pay on this site with Shop, don't be fooled by this, they won't help with this scam.

This online company is a scam- easily confused with DonnaMay London Oxford Street. The bag I ordered was shown as a a subtle tapestry weave fabric with pockets and a zip. After 3 weeks the product arrived from China with no tags or labels, no pockets or zip, a gaudy print on cheap artificial material which I would not have bought in a junk shop. Company replied to complaint, offering partial refund in exchange for “ avoiding the expense of return packaging and postage”. My second complaint letter threatened further action , pointing out the objectively inaccurate description of the bag , which clearly is misleading and in breach of UK Advertising Standards. They have now agreed to refund the money , which I am still waiting for . Do not use this company.
