Friendly service, amazing product
I received the toothbrush yesterday evening, after a couple of weeks since I ordered it.
I needed to talk to the company, and they were very quick to answer me and extremely kind.
Some companies need to be inspired by this way to relate to customers!

Após um pequeno problema inicial com a entrega, assim que foi detectado o serviço ao cliente entrou em contacto comigo e enviou prontamente uma nova escova com quatro cabeças. Tudo ficou resolvido num espaço de horas!
Quanto ao produto, a escova é suave e de bastante qualidade, comparando com as restantes que já experimentei existentes no mercado.

As i brush my teeth 3 to 4 times a day, i go through a lot of toothbrushes in a year, so i was looking for more environmentally friendly options. After 3 weeks I got my package and it’s perfect
After 3 weeks I received my package (they are experiencing heavy delays, I thought they were scammers, but they aren’t, they are just slow 😅).
The toothbrush is splendid, it works perfectly. Customers care was also very kind.
