Very disappointed with this experience
Very disappointed with this experience. My order has now been delayed by 20 days since I first placed it.
When I ordered, I was told the item was out of stock and that the wait would be around 7–10 days. I agreed to that and waited. After 10 days, when nothing had arrived, I had to contact them myself and was then told it would be another 10 days because I had been misinformed.
I waited another 10 days, and now today I’ve been told it will be yet another 7–10 days (With me having to contact them, no updates have been given to me without me having to reach out myself). At this point, I have requested a refund and will not be shopping with them again.
It is a shame, because my first order went well, but this experience has been very frustrating due to the delays and poor communication.

Perfect doorbell for period property
Great choice of doorbells and found the perfect one to suit my Victorian terrace. Delivered quickly and product exactly as described. Looks great and impressed with quality and finish.

The instructions page hasn’t got some important information.
The instructions page that came either the doorbell is very poor. It’s low resolution and importantly it doesn’t seem to show how to sync the doorbell with the indoor speaker unit.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The instructions you received were the original ones provided by Honeywell. I agree that they are not the best. However, it would be fairer to us as a small business if you left the poor review for Honeywell, as it is their product, not ours, and we have no control over the quality of the product or the instructions they include. We did notify you it was out of stock, and that there would be a short delay, and you replied saying you were happy to wait. The order was then sent to you shortly afterwards. As you were happy to wait, it seems harsh to then leave us a bad review, as these do harm us as a small business. Thanks jason

Curate’s egg but great value
Curate’s egg…….bought a replica old fashioned butler’s bell. It is very well made and looks excellent. It was also very good value. Unfortunately, one tiny thing lets it down….the cord supplied with the bell has too much elasticity in it, resulting in about half the energy of the pull reaching the bell mechanism. I will replace the nylon cord with something with zero stretch in it and the bell will work well, I’m sure.
