Excellent service
Excellent quality and really thoughtful. I forgot one item so had to pay postage initially on a second order. I received an email saying they noticed this and they would refund me the postage and send everything out together.

Excellent products and service
Can't fault the service I received as I asked loads of questions and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely excellent customer service
Absolutely excellent customer service, super helpful people, in general a great experience! I ordered from Norway, which is not a country you could choose shipping to, but received a response right away that they could sort it out and let me order anyways. The entire process went super smooth and the handles arrived just a few days later.
