Dorevelle Avis 85

If I could give a zero star I would, please save your money!

I join hundreds of others that have written on Trust Pilot. The shirt I purchased in 'good faith' is not satin but polyester. There is no Dorevelle label in the inside of the collar and no care instructions. The shirt was £69 + to £39+. Do not be tempted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
IT IS NOT BASED IN THE UK.
THERE IS NO SHOP IN COVENT GARDEN, LONDON.
IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. THEY SAY THE RETURN WILL NEED TO BE SENT INTERNATIONALLY, AND IT WILL COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY IN POSTAGE AND TAKE A LONG TIME. BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE ADDRESS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOREVELLE. IT IS A SCAM.

Dodgy company - asking me to take a picture of the product to return?! I doubt will hear from them again. Filth.

Lost what I paid for the purchase and the £20 return postage.

Order 2 weeks ago, still no item despite me chasing. No email to track order either being fobbed off constantly.

Same issues as other posters but I refused delivery when I realised it was a Chinese website pretending to be European.
They to get my money back but unless the credit card company helps, I doubt I'll see it again.

DO NOT buy from this company, its returns policy is not as they state. Easy returns 30 days No Hassle.

When you insist that you just want a refund they say you have to return the item to an address in China at your cost. Even though on the posting label the returns address is in the UK and it was posted in the UK.
I have now after countless emails getting fobbed off raised the issue with my bank.
Do not buy from this company.

Misleading photo on website, poor quality, overpriced stay away from this company. Very poorly packaged, no paperwork, no labels. Scam company

Overseas company, possibly Holland, items shipped from China. When item arrived after a long wait, it came with no paperwork, no lables and tired well used (resealed) packaging. They use a UK type website (London address) but insist returns have to go to China.
Avoid this company at all cost !!! Scammers !!

Cheap, badly made and nothing like the luxurious products advertised on their website. Do not buy!!

I bought a jumper for my husband.
After over a month waiting for it.
When it finally arrived.
WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY _ £40 FOR A PEICE OF TAT, TERRIBLE. THIN COTTON ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !!
NOT AT ALL LIKE THE ORIGIPNAL PHOTO OR DISCRIPTION.
I MIGHT AS WELL GOT 2 £20 AND BURNT THEM .

Chinese website posing as being in London. Ordered two pairs of shoes which took 3 weeks to be delivered. Only problem is, Yodel delivered them to a different address so still haven’t got the items. E-mails being ignored as I have requested a refund and am not waiting for another 3 weeks for shoes. Disgusting company and service. Avoid at all costs

Disgraceful, probably non-legit company, getting (if u're lucky) items from China, and trying to pose as a British company - total failure to Deliver - am waiting for Return/Refund of my payment - will update 2moro if they have not failed to give me total Refund immediately

This company shouldnt even have one star, complete scam. Merino wool jumper the size of a childs jumper, definately not merino wool, no labels for sizing or materials. Website states returns are acceptable, but when it comes to a return they send endless emails and nothing happens.
Do not order from this company!!

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Ordered a Marino Wool sweater in large. It arrived, no labels, size info etc - nothing- cheap quality and I'd be surprised if it even fits my 13yr old niece. When you check out their address on street view it bears no resemblance to what's shown on their Web page. A BIG CON

I purchased a pair of boots from Dorevelle in mid September. At a glance it looks as though they are a legitimate UK company but I was dismayed to discover the goods were being shipped from China! I received several emails from them confirming the goods were on their way but super vague. As there had not been the option to purchase through Paypal I contacted my bank who were very helpful. I did get an email from Dorevelle to say the goods were damaged in transit and offered to replace or provide a voucher. I wrote back advising I no longer required goods, had no intention of using their site again and demanded a refund. I received this today in my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

well,i have ordered the product 2 weeks ago,and i still haven’t received it.i doubt they will be sending anything ,ever.on their website they said ,they deliver in 2-3 days, no idea they are based in China.
so many bad reviews i have seen,unfortunately after i bought the product.i don’t know why police or designated people are not investigating this issue.so ..BE AWARE

I should have checked this website a bit more before ordering, it’s now clear to me that they use AI generated images on their site, the prices too good to be true.
I emailed multiples times asking to cancel my order but it still went ahead.
Emailed to obtain return details and they asked that I wait first, item was delayed asked to wait longer, gave them a 24 hour heads up before initiating chargeback with my bank to sort it their end.
Total scam, address is some random rentable office space in London, no actual store, contact details are in the Netherlands, but obviously based in china.
Got my money back at least, but yeah blatantly either Chinese scammers or some drop shipping service.
