Dorset Nursing Supplies is a family owned business and an established and well-respected medical supply company within the NHS and the care industry. We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! When an order is placed from within the UK we aim to deliver it by the next day (subject to stock availability). We are happy to hear any and all reviews so we can keep our standards high! Thank you!

You are a disgrace
You are a disgrace! The shorts don't live up to the expectations of me - a person with my specific needs. All false pretences. - And then you overcharged me in mail expenses, saying the bag was heavy. - You should be ashamed of your selfs!

Hi Frank. Although we always want to hear any negative feedback so we can improve our service, we have sold thousands of the swimming shorts with extremely positive reviews. We cannot guarantee that they will suit everybody's individual needs, just like any other product, it may work better for some people than others. As for the delivery, the delivery cost was calculated as your shipping address was in Denmark, and we are based in the UK. It is clearly stated on our website that any overseas parcels will incur a surcharge, and you accepted this charge before we dispatched your item. You may return the shorts if they are unused, following our returns policy which can be found on our website. DNS
Excellent company!
Nothing is too much trouble for this company. I can't rate them highly enough. I needed an urgent order for some scales for our Care Home in Suffolk, after our existing ones were condemned. They were brilliant! They got them to us within a day from ordering. The staff at Dorset Nursing are lovely. Special thanks to Rebecca for her excellent customer service, and to Steve.
