Following purchase of Microsoft Home & Business (mac) i encountered a number of problems that caused difficulty. Some email exchanges were helpful but with more issues arriving I opted to engage Zoho assist which was to provide my Mac control to the SoftwareStore and specifically, Bryan. I'm no computer wizard but I managed to download the files and install pretty easy. I've given 4/5 because though it was easy enough I was a wee bit wary if the site was legit, but after chatting with the team it was all good and lots of easy instructions. Much better value than the monthly charge through Microsoft.

Hi Mark, the service was great, one fault, you should place an obvious note at the point of sale, that the Email with the download details will take up to 20 minutes. The wait made the stress levels rise.

I was at the end of my rope; working on a project proposal, when my license expired and I couldn't write anymore. I went to Downloadmsoffice.com, who I had purchased 2 other products from over the last 7 years or so and who I knew I could trust. After a frustrating day trying to load and use the product (my fault because I hadn't uninstalled the old product), I used the chat option, where Carl was there to assist.
