Now have an operating offce program the is working. There were a few little problems, Sent emails and matters were Rectified.
Would have been a 5 Star however; the little problems resulted in a 4Star

Carl gave great customer support. His responses were quick and helpful. Solved my problem in no time. Only took 15 minutes to resolve my invalid product key.

i had a problem downloading my microscope at first because of some email mishaps. I contact them directly through the email and they responded right away. I like how they check up to see if there was any problem after that.

Absolutely amazing service! I was very stressed and they made the effort to call me, even after hours, and sort out the problem.

They even spoke to Microsoft on my behalf and followed through until the issue was resolved, even though they didn't have to.

Just want to add that the issue was all my doing and had nothing to do with the company.

Definitely recommend using. Great service!

I Downloaded micro-soft office for my Mac - Anne from the mico-soft office website was great with her online support . Helpful in seeing that I had everything that I needed and that I could understand how to complete my purchase and down load on line . They also up dated my version from a student version to the Micosoft office Home and Business version for free . Now to get use to using the programs !

I had trouble loading MS Office and thought that I had mucked so bad that I had wasted my money.
