I have just had the best assistance from Carl. His patience with me was amazing and I think he could teach a thing or two to the people I have tried to talk to at Microsoft about the same problem. Carl as helped more in 20 minutes than they have over several calls.

The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.
