This is a SCAM. I purchased Microsoft Office through this website and it worked for a few days before requiring activation. I called Microsoft as I was unable to activate it and they told me that the website I bought it from is a scam and the license is blocked by Microsoft preventing me from activating it. Do NOT purchase from this website.

I had spent nearly two hours trying to download my new office and finally got a chat going with Paul. Paul ended up taking over the computer (remote access) and performing the entire download and preparatory steps on my behalf. He set me up completely in the best possible way. Many thanks to Paul, I can think of better ways to spend a Friday evening. You were extremely patient and acted quickly to resolve.

I ordered a download of Microsoft office for my near new HP laptop. The original Windows 10 was accidentally deleted and so were most of the programmes in it as well incl. Microsoft office. It wouldn't work. Wanted a Key! We sought help from the Chat line . I was amazed at the warmth and helpfulness of several of the Chat people It still wouldn't work. I had the computer serviced by a professional. who had to remove the Office program . I decided to ask for a refund in part or whole not expecting to get anything. They gave me a full refund
