I have an old computer and so need a version of Microsoft word and excel other than the most recent. All information provided for the software on the website was accurate and the software works on my computer. Download process worked first time and I successfully installed the software. The followup email offering support was not needed but the offer of purchasing a usb copy is a great idea for the next time I have to reset my computer.

After purchasing a microsoft package just 2 months ago I got the notification that it had uninstalled itself and needed to be reinstalled. I contacted their support group using their chat which I was a bit hesitant to use at first as I have never really had a great experience with these types of services but much to my surprise I was greeted quite quickly. The technician who assisted was able to access my computer remotely and fix the issue within a 20 minute time frame. I am very impressed and happy that I chose to purchase my microsoft package through this third party service! A+ service!!!

JUL-2020 I purchased MS Office 2016 Busniess. The service at the time of my purchase was good but more impressive is the after sale service & support provided. 30-AUG-2020 I had an issue accessing the programs & I made email contact requesting assistance to solve the issue. Within 4 minutes of my initial email I received a response with clear & consice instructions to help me resolve the issue. It took just 25 minutes from my initial email to have the issue resolved. Impressive. I highly recommend them, will recommend them to friends & collegues & they will be my first choice for software purchases in the furture.
