I just had a terrific experience with "Download MSO" as I had unbeknown issues with a download compatibility. The support guy, Paul, was incredibly helpful on the chat line we set up, which led me to download a more correct version immediately. Not that I'm a luddite but I find it really encouraging with such good tech support.

When I downloaded Publisher it came in as an img file a friend then installed 7zip to enable it togo to setup exe.
On opening it it now operates as an unlicened product as there is no where to enter the product/ licence key number

I find the Chat support service for Microsoft Office Fantastic!! "Anne" in particular was exceptionally great! I asked if she could just take over the operation of my keyboard to install "Office for Mac" (latest version) not only did she complete this task, she showed me where everything was, how to use and how to locate for future ref if i needed to go through the process again. This would have been a cluster for me to do, she was a wizz, very professional and friendly! Thanks again "Anne"!! :)))
