Downtown Works Avis 60

I've been a member at Downtown Works for almost 2 years and its great place to stay productive. The common area is spacious and chill. it has comfortable furniture, RO dispensers on each floor and a tidy kitchen. The staff is friendly and Candace especially is always looking out for members and their success. I joined because its pet friendly and has good air conditioning. Downtown Works is the only office I've ever been in that I look forward to visiting.

I have been working at Downtown Works for a few weeks now at the Little Italy and PB locations and it has been a great experience. Candace, Alyssa, and Katie are so welcoming and will help facilitate making valuable connections with other members. Come check it out!

Downtown Works is one of the friendliest and most inviting co-working spaces I've worked out of. The space is always clean and has the cozy feeling of a coffee shop, but the space to spread out and get work done. I've worked in the open space previously and really enjoyed it, but I now have an office with my company. We love the snacks and all of the happy hours! The staff are all wonderful; it is a pleasure coming in and seeing Candace, Heaven and Alyssa everyday. If you are looking for a space to work out of that promotes productivity but also fosters a community of go-getters who appreciate the opportunity to network with fellow go-getters, Downtown Works is where you need to be!

Great facility, excellent staff.

The staff did a great job helping and getting things together for our meeting we had for items they werent aware of...so the experience and atmosphere and amenities here was outstanding.

We held a company small team meeting in San Diego and needed an affordable conference room/space to work. Downtown Works was perfect - spacious, private, comfortable conference room, with great shared space/kitchen. Process was easy and flexible. Highly recommend!

Our 2-day experience at DowntownWorks last week was so positive that I began to wonder if working from a home office was a thing of the past.... We booked a meeting room for our 2 day executive leadership offsite and it was one of the best work experiences we've had in a very long time. Excellent staff, responsive, available, helpful, friendly - the space is creative, funky, and inspiring, but also comfortable and convenient. High speed WiFi, Zoom cameras/iPads for conferencing in remote team members, stocked kitchen with coffee, snacks, and beer on tap (we didn't partake but definitely would if I worked there full time ;-) Candace and her team provided us with every detail needed to ensure our offsite was productive, and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'm starting to reconsider my home office in favor of a permanent spot in their building (and I NEVER thought I'd want to go back to an in-office environment since working from home became the norm). Thank you to Candace and the entire staff! 10 Star experience.

Super friendly team members and beautiful workplace - Candace at the little italy location made sure we had everything we needed and immediately connected me with other members who could be helpful to my business. The coffee is great, theres free beer and everything in the meeting rooms just works. Can't wait to check out the other locations.
