Our team is happy to address your concerns as fast as we can. I'm sure you have heard of the supply chain crises across the country and the globe. Our company is not immune to these kinds of extreme external market shocks, but we are working extra hard to deliver all products, including complementary items to people in need. However, your disparaging tone is not conducive to finding solutions. Our lifesaving products are in short supply due to an extremely high demand. We strive to provide the highest-rated quality products and services and we are proud of our more than a decade-long track-record of zero complaints and zero adverse event reports and all the amazing benefits.

What is awful about our company? Are our products harming anyone? Everyone at our company is working overtime. What is the issue? We have virtually zero complaints with our products. Eighty-year-old people use it routinely daily without a hitch. If there is any malfunction, we can replace your device at no charge to you and investigate yours. We have solutions if we hear realistic feedback.

Update..promises not kept..products not delivered...

Update. Ordered product and 3 boxes of cartridges on 1-29, got device on 2-24 still no cartridges ..blah..blah..blah from John. Neighbor ordered same 3 days after me got cartridges 2 weeks ago. John has never checked to see why my order fell thru the cracks...promised refund of $35 expedited shipping, (said 3 days) no sign of that either..

According to the below UPS tracking, your applicator device was delivered on 2/24/22 and your cartridge supplies are scheduled to arrive on 3/3/22. Your Visa gift card is scheduled to be delivered to your email on 2/28/22. You placed your order on 1/29/22, which was a Sunday and orders received on a weekend get processed for shipping 1-3 weekdays after order was placed and typical delivery takes 3-7 workdays during the best times. However, many external challenges exist today with transportation delays our company has no control over.

Please keep in mind that delivery takes about a couple of weeks during the best times. This can extend a few more days if the order was received on a Friday or weekend or when a sudden and unexpected spike in orders or external challenges arise, such as in logistics, like the crisis and difficult weather conditions we have been dealing with across the country and the world for the past year.

Most orders are scheduled for pickup at our warehouse in Pasadena, CA by UPS in 1-3 days from order/payment received. It takes about 3-7 business days to deliver them via ground during the best times, depending on the destination zip code.

Our standard shipping policy clearly states that times may be longer during challenges our company has little or no control over.

Priority shipping means that those orders are placed on top of all other standard (free) shipments together with other priority shipments. Unfortunately, some orders may get delayed a few days when a sudden increase in orders with priority shipping happens and when UPS delays pickup for a few days.

Please keep in mind that our company is not passing on any of the additional massive cost increases caused by surging inflation and many other factors with all these unexpected and unnecessary expenses. However, that may be changing and we may be forced to increase our prices across the board accordingly.

The plastic insert that holds the water…

The plastic insert that holds the water cracked and Inquired on how to get a new part and received no response. This was only a few weeks into try the system for the second time. The first time I learned I should use it twice a day and by that I was already about ten days in. I didn’t see results in spider veins so I ordered two boxes of cartridges and then two weeks in the leak happened. So I really have no consistency in use to know if it would have helped the spider veins.

According to our records, we have been answering your concern and providing instructions for proper use and this is the first time we hear such a negative feedback from you.

Over 80% of people realize major results with their spider veins in 4-8 weeks if they use our products as instructed. Underlying condition(s) may slow down results for spider veins since D'OXYVA first targets the most difficult underlying cause(s) of such symptoms before it can repair those dark veins. It takes a while for the body to metabolize the black veins and grow new ones around them.

Are you measuring your peripheral blood circulation (perfusion index) results with each full 5-minute application? What are they? Are you delivering it also near your spider veins to maximize results? How often do you take it daily and weekly?

According to the several notices we regularly provide; you must not use the Liquid Capsule installed inside the device and only use the spare that comes in a separate bag with the new applicator device. If you somehow damage the capsule it won't work properly.

We have approved a replacement capsule for you and mailed it via USPS at no cost to you. We can mail you another one if that did not arrive since they can get lost sometimes.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback on Trustpilot! According to the email correspondences with you during the past week, your products have been ready for pickup for days and are expected to be picked up by the currier in a couple of days on this coming Monday.

Totally understand your frustration with the delay. Currently, this is not our normal/standard shipping process because of the ongoing extreme logistics, transportation and supply chain crises in the States, especially in California and around the world. Most importantly, we are taking on all the extra costs, including the surging inflation without raising our prices for our customers.

Our customer satisfaction team consists of registered nurses and we strive for the best service possible, while we know how much of a game-changer our products are in people's lives, and that make us happy. To be fair, the curriers have been delaying pickups from our warehouse in Pasadena, CA and not our fulfillment warehouse.

Please see the quick note below for more clarification.

First, mandatory federal government regulations require our products to be shipped only via ground and in separate packages and paperwork is tedious.

Second, there's been an extreme transportation crisis around the country, especially in California where our main warehouse is located.

Third, we have gone above and beyond to ship products as fast as possible to all of our customers in over two dozen countries around the world during a global pandemic that shut down the largest ports and shipping routes. However, we rely on third-party carriers and postal services to pick up and deliver our goods, our company does not own logistics resources, yet.

The good news is that our standard shipping times are returning to normal as we heavily invest in alternative ways to deliver our products to our customers.

Goodbye leg soreness!

I started using D'Oxyva about a year ago and I've been very happy with the results. I had complained to a friend about soreness in my legs, as well as feeling sluggish and tired. He recommended D'Oxyva and I signed up for a Serious Health Set. I noticed near-immediate results and quickly became a loyal customer. I can now exercise for much longer with less soreness. And I feel more energized and ready to tackle the day. Not only is D'Oxyva a cool space-aged tool for my health, but the company's costumer service is great. Before ordering, I was skeptical and had a ton of questions, but a D'Oxyva repressentative named John B. was very helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!

I was skeptical at first.....

I was skeptical. How could something that fits on your thumb have an effect on your whole body? It's crazy but it does. I immediately felt it in my gut and then there was a feeling of my stomach relaxing. I felt calmer. As I get older, I am having problems sleeping. Using D'Oxyva at night, I find it helps me sleep. Just doing it once a day has improved my lifestyle!

Bliss Bubbles

I’ve been using D’Oxyva for several years now. I first started to use it to help me sleep. When I feel the bubbles on my thumb I immediately feel a relaxing calming effect.
