Whatever you do - DON'T use them for anything! They have left me sleepless and sometimes suicidal. I am being treated for severe depression and much of the blame can be laid at their door. My wife became the executor of her aunt's estate after this firm informed her that she was the sole beneficiary of the estate. We spent literally thousands on wrapping the estate up and they have now turned around and told her she can't inherit. They don't return calls, they have taken sometimes months to answer any query, and I wouldn't trust them to tell me the time of day.

Additional: Having posted this I was asked to make an appointment with one of their staff. I rang, letting them know that I would talk to them but I wasn't prepared to make an appointment, and that the particular person could call me whenever they were available. I haven't heard anything since. Oh, and my poor wife has requested yet another call from the person who is supposed to be representing her and got nothing either.

Our chain collapsed a week before we were due to exchange & complete back in August 2023, but after finding new buyers we were able to get the ball rolling again in 2024. Stacey was brilliant in dealing with all situations thrown her way.

After a previously terrible experience with a purchase (with a different law firm) we were under the impression that all solicitors/conveyancers were difficult to contact and work with. But Stacey would send regular updates and calls when necessary and explained everything thoroughly.

In October 2023, we decided to instruct DPA law to manage the sale and purchase of properties as part of a house move. We met with staff of the firm at Llanelli Pride earlier in the year, and this is where we had a good chat with them about the services they offer.
Proceeding with the purchase was simple and straightforward. After filling in all of the paperwork, Lyn kept us informed every step of the way and was always on the ball with chasing up the respective solicitor firms. Although, the experience of never meeting or speaking on the phone to Lyn was new to us as we expected to meet with her at some point and speak on the phone to her throughout the process - but to this day we haven't even heard her voice on the phone! But I must stress that this wasn't ever an issue and wasn't something that slowed any part of the process down.

The costings of DPA Law were competitive when we were researching conveyancing solicitors for our house move, and any additional costs on top of the original agreed price Lyn made sure to keep us updated of prior to progressing.

Big thanks to Lyn and Louise for their commitment to getting everything done so quickly and for putting up with the occasional persistent nagging when the buyers solicitor needed extra chasing! As a result we achieved our goal of making it into our new home by Christmas!

Lyn was excellent throughout the process. We had complications towards the end of the process and we are very thankful to Lyn for her efforts in completing the process on the last day before Christmas. Lyn replied to all emails promotely and was very understanding with us being first time buyers.
