Dpf Specialist Avis

DPF were great. Arrived exactly at the time planned, explained what he'd be doing and got on with it. Cleared all the faults, gave me a summary, had me drive it to make sure i was happy. Very friendly chap. Would recommend

He turned up on time, explained what would be happening and was happy to let me watch the process. Afterwards he explained all my options regarding my problem and didn’t pressurise me.
A very good professional worker

Alex, the technician was absolutely brilliant. He explained the whole process clearly and concisely before starting work and kept me updated during the work. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing.
From initial contact to job completion communication from the company was first class .
I have no qualms about recommending this company to others.

Car now seems fine, back to normal!

The service was excellent and very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was simple and easy Jodie was polite and helpful when booking. The mechanic Adam was friendly and informative from start to finish. Explained the process and in layman’s terms. Both real credits to your company I’d recommend and use again on the future. Thanks again Adam it was nice to meet you.

Very pleased with the service. The engineer explained what work was needed and completed the job in a timely manner.

The guy i had visit (Adam) was great and seemed knowledgeable. I opted for the £500 package as it came with 12 mth warranty but it seems there are lots of conditions and probably a mistake. Told I needed a new DPF sensor which they quoted to supply at £500!!! CRAZY it sits on top of the engine and took me 10 minutes to remove and ive never done it. £100 to fit ... really. Too early to say if clean has been effective. A bit disappointed from a company that Harold "specialist".

Communication was excellent, the mechanic was very polite and approachable, he explained what he was doing and what I should do after he had gone, excellent service would recommend to anyone.

Craig was punctual with his visit. I found him friendly and knowledgeable with our issue. Gave great advise for going forward with our vehicles up keep. Would highly recommend thus company. 3 months warranty included in price is a treat !!

Great service on time very pleasant mechanic explained all about the process very knowledgeable would not hesitate to recommend 5 star

Very professional polite

Did a great job, very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

Had a service at my home, very professional and clean, yes a man that actually tidied up and didn’t leave a mess. There was a slight issue afterwards but it was soon rectified and sorted.
Very professional and friendly service, would thoroughly recommend and will deffo be using again

Excellent service we where back on the road within two hours. Loan the engineer was very professional friendly and nothing was to much trouble. From ringing the company up to the engineer arriving went as smooth as it possibly could. Thanku to all who were involved at DPF FIXER LTD. Jim & Linda riverside court whitworth .😁

Craig the DPF technician was excellent he diagnosed the problem and cleaned the DPF throughout he was honest and said if the DPF blocks up again it would need replacing due to age wear and tear so I’ll keep a eye on it thank you Craig, Jodie, & DPF Specialist.

Very easy to organise and good communication and efficient service

Arrived on time (always a bonus), fully understood the problem, carried out the agreed work and gave some useful guidance afterwards - top notch
