CRITICAL: Incomplete Order, Delivery Failure & Support Disregard – Order Placed 5/16/26
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order placed on May 16, 2026, which finally arrived today after an unacceptable 17-day delay. I paid for 1–5 day Priority shipping, and your support team completely stopped responding to my inquiries after 10 days.
This was a highly anticipated birthday gift for my son, and your shipping failure entirely ruined the surprise. To add insult to injury, the package arrived incomplete. I purchased a BOGO promotion, but you only delivered one pair of slides.
Given the nightmare experience and the complete lack of professional communication, I require the following resolutions immediately:
Ship the missing BOGO pair via overnight delivery.
Send an additional pair of Iceman slides (Size 13) as compensation for the extreme inconvenience and ruined birthday.
Issue a full refund for both the shipping charges and the entire order cost.
I expect a prompt reply confirming that these actions are being processed.

Terrible shipping
Ordered a pair of slides and it did not give me an option for standard shipping only for expedited shipping. Paid and extra $10 and it’s now been 6days and slides still have yet to arrive. These were for my son who has been excitedly awaiting but had I seen these reviews I would have not ordered these.

Beware No Refund No Exchange
I purchased 2 pairs of slides in a size 7-8 but they sent one in a 5-6 and the other in a 7-8. When I reached out they said there was no refund and no exchange. I challenged it because it was their error. I then received a message and thought they were going to allow an exchange but it did not happen and they stopped responding. I will not purchase anything else from them.

Didn’t receive order . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’d first like to say I’ve order twice from Draco Slides. I got my fist order and loved the slide to the point I ordered 2 more pair for Father’s Day and Did not receive my order. I’ve contacted their chat and they are giving me the run arounds. They do not respond back in a timely manner. the first time MIKE told me wait more days and I ended up contacting them again no response through CHAT! And today the agent I spoke with told me they gonna transfer me back to MIKE who is not replying to anything so I’m assuming I won’t get a refund at this point. If your a person that has had packages missing or delivered to the wrong address I wouldn’t advise ordering from them because it’s a hassle trying to get a refund or replacement.

Super comfortable right out the bag no break-in needed at all. The fit is perfect, and the cushioned sole makes them easy to wear all day without your feet getting tired. The design is clean but still stands out, especially with the reflective straps, they hit different in the light. Quality is solid too, they feel durable and not cheap like a lot of other slides. Perfect for just chilling, stepping out quick, or even putting together a casual fit.
Definitely worth it. I'd def cop again
