I did have an issue with my order but the customer service was great and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. The slides themselves do fit a little snug but are still very comfortable.

Great experience. I ordered slides that were too small and was able to return them
with minimal worry and effort on my part. They replaced my slides and sent the new ones before I was able to ship the old ones off. Great customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience with my purchase. I placed the order as a gift for my nephew. The slides arrived timely. They looked as expected. They fit my nephew perfectly. He said they are comfortable & he likes wearing them. My nephew is happy with them so I am happy with the purchase.

draco is actually the best slides i’ve ever tried on my feet before. and i’m going to keep purchasing draco’s as long as their business is available for. once you go remastered black, you can’t go back

My experience turned out great..eventually. I ordered 2pairs exactly the same Draco Slides and only received 1 pair. However Draco got everything cleared up and sent my 2nd pair promptly and faster than the 1st pair. My teen boys love their slides! In their words they are "overly comfortable"

I placed an order on Dec3rd. No delivery by Christmas. Numerous communications. Although they were sympathetic there was nothing they could do. My grandson is happy with the products. It’s the delivery that is the problem. Why am I paying for express shipping if it takes a month for delivery?

I usually don’t leave reviews UNLESS my experience is extremely good, or extremely poor. In this case, extremely POOR. Just like the other comments, my package has not shipped and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Up until 2 days ago the shipment status from their shipper (ShipX) said label created, waiting to receive package. Now, it simply says “tracking information unavailable”. Yes, I’ve reached out twice now, and no, Dracoslides is not responding. I’m convinced that I’ve been scammed. Considering contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. I’ll give them another 48hours before I do so.

I placed an order on 7 December as a Christmas gift for my son. I received an email confirmation on 17 December that my order was on the way. On 26th December I sent an email to the company inquiring about the status because when I tracked it, it only showed that the pre-shipment lab was created. I received a response saying it was still within the usual processing and shipping time… today, 7 January I sent a follow up email because the status is still the same. I was told that the label was created, but it wasn’t shipped yet which I already knew so they didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. I was then told to keep an eye out for updates with the tracking number. Again, this was not helpful at all, and I responded and told them so. I also asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t refund me because the pre-shipment label was created and that when I received the order, I can just return it following the return policy.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering from Draco Slides. I placed an order for a pair of expensive slides for my son in early December, well in advance of Christmas. It is now January 6th, and I have still not received the order.
The lack of communication has been appalling — I only received responses after repeatedly chasing for updates, and even then, there was no real effort to resolve the issue. For a company selling premium-priced products, I expected far better service and accountability.
I’ve been left out of pocket $150 AUD, with no slides, no clear answers, and no initiative shown from Draco Slides to fix the situation. It should never be the customer’s job to fight for basic communication or resolution. When I wrote a bad review over 3 weeks ago, they miraculously sent a tracking number, however it’s been sitting en route now for 3 weeks.
At this point, I would strongly caution others against ordering from Draco Slides until they address their serious issues with customer service, communication, and order fulfillment.
