Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about the condition in which your parcel arrived, and we're pleased you are happy we were able to quickly arrange a replacement.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. After receiving the images and videos you kindly provided following your review, we raised the matter directly with our courier partner DPD, as the damage clearly occurred during transit.

We’re really pleased that we were able to speak with you on the phone, agree on a resolution, and promptly send a replacement—especially as you've since confirmed this arrived in perfect condition.

While the damage caused during delivery was outside of our control, we do take full responsibility for ensuring you're looked after. We're always working to strengthen our customer service, and your feedback has been extremely helpful in doing just that.

Customer satisfaction remains our number 1 priority, so this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your concerns regarding the product that arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. This is the first time we've ever came across this, and we're keen to receive the return so we can thoroughly inspect.

We take these matters very seriously, and are already reviewing the steps involved in your order, to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

With us being a registered pharmacy, our processes are watertight, so we will also be engaging with our partners at DPD and the supply chain to make sure further due diligence is being done in every aspect of the handling of our orders.

We’re glad we were able to get the replacement sent to you quickly once reported, but we appreciate that having to wait for a replacement to come out is inconvenient.

As a registered pharmacy, also working in line with GDP, we have to do our due diligence on every product in our portfolio. All products are genuine / authentic and are provided directly by the manufacturers or trusted distributors.

If communication was received at the time about a box being tampered with, this would have been in line with the information we were provided about your experience and the condition of the parcel when delivered.

We genuinely want to help resolve any concerns you may have.
We did notice this review appears similar to one previously submitted. After a full investigation, Trustpilot reached out to request evidence regarding the claim that the products were unauthentic. As we were able to provide documentation confirming the authenticity of the items dispatched, Trustpilot concluded the original review was not based on verified information and therefore removed it.

We’d really like the chance to look into this properly for you. If you could kindly provide your order number, the specific product(s) in question, and why you believe they may not be genuine, our team will be happy to urgently investigate and offer a refund if needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we're truly sorry you've had a bad experience.

Rest assured we'd already resolved your complaint before the review had been raised. We'd managed to get the stock expedited, and upgraded as a pre 10:30am delivery (at our cost) to make sure the order was received before any of your scheduled appointments.

With regards to the calls, we recently moved our Central Distribution Hub to an exciting new and vibrant location as part of our customer-focused strategy, to give our customers an even better service. We'd arranged for the call system to be transferred (and received confirmation it had!), but unfortunately our call system provider hadn't done so. The good news is, as soon as you flagged it to us, our Chief Commercial Officer worked with our Head of Operations to swiftly resolve.

With regards to discount, this has been offered, but as you're going on holiday, we mutually agreed with you to raise this when you return closer to the point you're ready to order; if you'd prefer to have this sooner, we're poised and ready to do so.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we truly hope our proactive approach, swift resolution and communication throughout the resolution is worthy of 5 stars.

We're looking forward to working with you upon your return from holiday, but in the meantime, we wish you a lovely break.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with an increased price you've identified when placing your recent order. Here at Dr. Adams our number 1 priority is customer satisfaction.

We monitor the market closely, and we often get feedback on the amazing savings we offer our customers. The reason for the increase is likely due to an increase in cost from our suppliers over the past year, which unfortunately does happen - we do always look to lower our margin first to avoid this going onto the customer, but in some cases this is unavoidable.

We'd like to understand more about your experience including details of the products ordered, and quantities quoted.
