Discreet, pretty good selection although couldn’t find exactly what i wanted. Fast delivery considering. The pipe i got is excellent quality but has 2 major drawbacks- the tapered stem makes it hard to push the residue baxk into the bowl & as it’s almost perfectly symmetrical it’s easy to lose focus of the “top”’so u rish tipping your gear out - a lot! I used a sharpie to mark the top - a decal along the top especially around the hole would be a great improvement

Pretty disgusted with dragons head shop. As a new customer, I ordered 10 cans of nicotine pouches and only 2 cans arrived, I've sent 2 emails in 48 hours with zero response. My usual supplier is a little further afield and as expected the dispatch is a little longer despite them being cheaper. Either way I wanted to support local business, but instead got completely shafted! Stay away!

Disappointing and frustrating
I was disappointed with the customer service and the glass cigarette holders(description on website)weren't cigarette holders,but one hitters ! I called a couple of times,left a message,wrote an email to check why after paying £11.00 for next day delivery my parcel arrived 4 or 5 days later,past the date I needed it for!! It left me annoyed and frustrated with the service and the product.

First time customer of DHS
First time customer of DHS. Bought some mini glass pipe oil burners.
They were a lot smaller than what I thought I was getting, They are so small and petite and very handy for travelling or concealing. Interestingly, women love the small size too. Definitely good for an accessory, but too small for a main pipe.( good quality though)

Fantastic range of products and great customer services.
Great range of products, some unique to Dragons Head Shop at very competitive prices and great customer service with a nice personal touch. I would highly recommend this store, which have done with some friends. I have never come across the XXL pipe anywhere but on this site, and this big boy hits you hard and is fantastic quality too. I will certainly make further purchases from Dragons Head Shop in future.

Hi Alan, apologies, it appears that you have not received my reply to your email. I sent this last week in reply to your query. The items were sent last Monday and we would normally expect them to be delivered by Wednesday. That is the stated goal of the Royal Mail (48 hours), they do not however, guarantee this. In my reply to your email I had suggested that you contacted me again if your items had not arrived by Friday. I had not heard back from you, on checking however, it appears your parcel has not arrived. I would be happy to send out a replacement on Monday when we are open again and the Post Office is open again.
