Our company has had a relationship with DRC for many years. They have provided us wih seamless telecoms and mobile solutions, which are consistently reliable and great value. Their customer service team are a joy to speak to, so much more personable than the larger company call centres. A really great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent Service in every department.
DRC Ltd provide myself and my colleagues with a level of service which is second to none. They are always available to answer queries, and offer advice and reply promptly when it comes to mobile telephony support. We use them for managing a VOIP service which was easy to setup and transition to, and can modify certain aspects at very short notice.
The account management service is east to deal with, and the quarterly data analysis is extremely comprehensive.
I recommend them to anyone who requires any kind of telephony support.

The personal touch
Recently moved away from Vodafone as I found their customer service was fairly poor. However their network is by far the best in my area for signal ect. Which is why I was looking to move to a partner.
Anyway the customer service received from "Telco Tom" was really great and quick whenever I had questions. There was a slight delay with delivery of the product but they always got back to me swiftly which kept me reassured over this already stressful time (Christmas and quarantine).
Would recommend to anyone looking to either switch networks or just trying to have a more personal touch with their phone contract or networking needs.
