£3500 never been refunded at all as they cancel my flight tickets cos of covid n ask us if we want refund or new date. I ask for new date. But they again never email back the new date i ask to next year. Then I ask for refund n said we will process ur refund within 6 weeks . But never got refund after 6 months n bank refuse to return cos I must be contact within 6 months of payment but I book flight tickets 9 months before the departure date then 2 months before departure they cancel n not refund n send so many email always same repeat we got ur request we eill process 6 weeks. Then 2022 they gone as I keep email them since march 2020 straight 2 years n ignore

The worst fraudsters. I was cunningly asked for bank details and succumbed on the pretext that I was being booked for a flight . I was going to a sister’s funeral and very desperate.After payment , I was told to wait for four hours several times and endlessly for the ticket. It was excuse after excuse until I was given a false ticket Rwanda air ticket number 1-54387602312-3 which was copied and pasted to my what’s up address. Nothing on e mail. I was told throughout the day that the delay for the delay for the ticket to come from the airline was because the airline internet was down the whole day. The copy and pasted ticket was denied by Rwanda airline to be authentic.
Please , please, never go near that travel agent!

Absolute robbers. Took my money and then declared hemselves bankrupt.

I have booked 3 Tickets to India for Nov, received confirmation that ticket is booked but not received confirmation ticket after 3 days, so called and they told me we will issue ticket only 2 weeks before travel because Airline cancel their flight any time, I found it completely fake, when they issued me ticket number is showing waiting for confirmation from Air India website but luckily I have booked with Credit card, so I claim with them and I got full refund from credit card company, If I have paid with Debit card then I have lost my money for 3 tickets (£2100)

-100 f*king star worthless people that are scamming people out of their hard earn money and the financial organisations and AA is not doing anything. The government still give these people chances to open more companies after closing one after the other then when you make a complaint they are dragging their feet on it. Who ever scams innocent people you will never have no peace in this life and the people who you belongs to.

I bought tickets from these guys, when COVID hit I asked for a refund but they never got back to me BUT! I did see they where close forever. SO how did I get my money? basically your flight is ATOL protected. file a refund on the ATOL website to get your money back, thats what I did and I got my money back.

BOUGHT TKT BUT COVET MAKES AIRLINES CANCILLED ALL D FLIGHT. I ALREADY APPLY FOR THE REFUND 2/3 TIMES BUT NEVER MY MOMEY REFUND nor ANY RESPONSED. I DID PH SOO MANY TIMES THOSE DAYS AND THEY ADVICE ME ITS ON THE PROCESSED BUT STII WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I TRY SO MAY TIMES BUT NOW THERE PH NO IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

This people are scammers,unfortunately I fell for their scam, saw an attractive flight price and call them then decided to reduce the price because I told them it was a group travel. They slice into me badly. I wanted to travel for my Mum’s birthday with my family and they made off £4900, still battling with the credit card company. They will ask you to give them a generated CODE please don’t EVER do it, Once they get you, they will never pick your phone call again. That’s your money GONE..My mistake was that I didn’t check out their Reviews..

They do not answer emails and they are nonprofessional. They do not give your refund and I do not reccommend them to anyone. Avoid dealing with them or shopping any ticket through them. I am really disappointed.

I kept calling them but there is no answer ... they are cheaters and double-faced.

It was 4 rooms, one room was filled with a small ball pit, one had nothing in, one had a bouncy castle on which wasn’t suitable for little ones and a basket ball hoop and basically a game of twister. The other room was where the cafe was, but it’s barely a cafe it’s another large room filled with a couple of tables. Only one half decent thing about it was the lights, but they are few and far between and you could do better with a couple of purchases from Amazon. For a family of four WITH discount, it cost us £50. I have a one year old and a four year old, four year old was bored other than on bouncy castle and one year old couldn’t m go on it. Absolutely rubbish place.

If you’re thinking of going, don’t; it’s not worth the money; and the company fever won’t refund either. Hide behind terms and conditions. We felt that we may well have burnt the money. Absolutely dreadful.
