I’ve been a member of Inteletravel for over a year and hand on heart love it. If you’re willing to put the effort into making your travel business a success, there isn’t a better place to do it 🙌

Joining InteleTravel 18 months ago was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I only wish I had found it sooner. From the very beginning, you’re given a clear blueprint for success, with comprehensive training and ongoing support every step of the way.

What truly stands out is the incredible community. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed.

Since joining, I’ve consistently been a top travel booker simply by helping people in my network book holidays they were already planning to take. Not only is it rewarding to help others create great travel experiences, but it has also allowed me to build a reliable second income.

Joining this company has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I only wish I had found it sooner! It has been incredible for me, giving me the freedom to work on my own schedule while creating an additional income stream from home.

One of the biggest benefits has been the time and location freedom. I’ve always loved travelling and now I’m able to travel so much smarter because of what I’ve learned through the business.

What surprised me most is how naturally the business has grown. I became a top travel booker simply by booking travel that was already happening around me through family, friends and referrals. It showed me that there is so much opportunity when you start sharing what you do.

Any time I hear someone say it doesn’t work, my honest thought is that it usually comes down to not working the system. Like anything worthwhile, it takes time, effort and consistency. But if you commit to it, it really can change your life too!

Don’t do it!.. they took me court and tried to claim just over 20,000 of me for a 10,000 holiday a family member booked nd couldn’t go due to her daughters health condition worsening ..
They told me to cancel through jet 2 which I did… to then say I didn’t cancel it so cancellation cost remains and was the full amount off holiday???? Not just that but tried to say I booked a duplicate booking although we all know you can’t book a holiday with jet 2 without a deposit!!
I’ve never come across some really unpleasant selfish people that are not there to help just rob anyone trying to make a living…

I’m now having to pay back 1000 as I offered that.. wish I didn’t even do that as the court obviously could see that I didn’t owe them all off that as I’m sure I would have had to pay more back and didn’t even fight it ti get more… I’m sure if anybody lost 20,000 as they say they paid then you wouldn’t accept 1000 back even if it was 10,000

Pure scam company

I’ve been an ITA and REP for around 6 months now and I’m loving it! I’m earning back commission on my own travel and I’ve booked thousands of pounds worth of travel for friends, family and my wider network! Inteletravel gives you a 70-80% split of commissions which is way more than most agency hosts. I read the bad reviews here, and it’s a shame that these may put people off, because I genuinely believe either the people who had bad experiences didn’t put enough work in, expecting it to be handed on a plate and others do the work for them…or unfortunately they were recruited by a team that neglected them and didn’t offer much support. My team with the Jet Set Formula is incredible! SO much support, you’re never at a loss of where to go or who to go to, there’s endless training, events and tools to ensure if you plug in and make the most of whats handed to you, basically a business in a box, you CAN make this a successful business. But absolutely you have to work for it - it’s your business !!!

I joined InteliTravel as an independent travel agent, paying a monthly subscription, with genuine ambition to build a successful travel business. After nearly a year I have closed my agency. Here is my honest account of why.
Support was virtually non-existent. After a small number of initial onboarding sessions I was essentially left to figure everything out independently. No guidance, no mentorship, no meaningful help building a client base.
The agent website provided to me was not fit for purpose. The homepage featured a palm tree. That was the extent of it. You cannot build a credible travel business or attract discerning clients with a website that looks like it was created in 1997.
The commission structure is deeply disappointing. In nearly a year of genuine effort, creative marketing and real commitment I earned approximately £175 in commission. I should make clear that the majority of this came from hotel bookings I made for my own personal medical trips to London — not from client bookings. I later discovered I could have booked those same hotels cheaper on the open market. My upline was earning commission on the back of my commission without providing me with any support, guidance or value whatsoever.
The business model operates in a way that I can only describe as pyramid-like in structure. Your upline earns commission from your activity. They also earn commission for every new agent they recruit. I was signed up as a recruiter myself — which costs extra on top of the standard monthly subscription — despite never recruiting a single person. I was therefore paying an additional fee for a recruiter status that generated nothing.
On top of the monthly subscription you are also required to pay an additional fee to access their app. The app itself is extraordinarily dated, clunky and so heavily Americanised that it is largely irrelevant to the UK market.
At one point during my time as an agent I became seriously ill and was hospitalised in London. I informed my upline. His response was a brief acknowledgement and then nothing. He slowly withdrew all contact entirely. No check in, no support, no follow up. I was simply discarded into the pile of agents who had not achieved targets — despite the fact that I had been hospitalised and was dealing with a serious medical condition.
When he was actively engaged he would make encouraging comments on the sales posts I created for my personal social media. The moment my circumstances became difficult that contact via WhatsApp dried up completely. When I eventually reached out to raise concerns about the money I was losing and ask how I could change my team structure his entire response was two words: contact head office. As useful as a chocolate teapot.
When InteliTravel subsequently contacted me offering 75% of commission to stay — 75% of almost nothing is still almost nothing.
Fam trips are presented as a significant perk of joining. The reality is that you pay for them yourself at a discounted rate and upon return you are expected to sell the destination aggressively. Three nights in Jamaica was one offering. Three nights.
I qualified as a Disney specialist entirely in my own time, received zero support from the network and generated zero Disney enquiries despite significant marketing effort.
My remaining commission is currently inaccessible in a Hyperwallet I cannot get into. That money is effectively trapped.
If you are a driven, ambitious person considering joining InteliTravel as an agent — please read this carefully. Your time, your energy, your monthly subscription and your entrepreneurial spirit deserve a platform that will genuinely support and reward you. This was not that platform for me.
I would warmly welcome any travel agent who can offer a credible, supportive and properly structured alternative to get in touch. There has to be something better than this.

If Inteletravel is so lucrative then where is their Annual Income Disclosure statement to prove this?

The answer is - they wont disclose one as it would be too damaging to their recruitment drive

Their partner - PlanNet Marketing (which you need to join to sell this 'business' to others at an additional monthly cost) has one on their website in US Dollars -

From January to December 2025, the MAJORITY of Independent Travel Reps (92.52%) made an average of just $38 for the WHOLE year!
It also claims that this (92.52%) of Reps worked an ESTIMATED - 2 HOURS PER WEEK!!!!! Now, how can they estimate these hours -

Answer - so they can claim that agents didn't WORK HARD ENOUGH, when these agents most likely worked their socks off and the (alleged) ESTIMATED hours worked aims to reflect this in order to distort the figures.

The 2025 Income disclosure is even lower than the previous figures for 2024, where AGAIN 92% earned an average of $42 for the entire year and worked an ESTIMATED average 2 HOURS PER WEEK!!!!!

Please, take a look for yourselves, its all there on their website - PlanNet Marketing (2026).

And, before any agents claim you dont HAVE to recruit, you WILL be put under pressure to do so when you cant sell Inteletravel's over-priced travel.

In addition, before anyone claims that the PlanNet disclosure is for Reps only, remember you have to be an agent FIRST to then become a Rep. You cannot sign up just to become a Rep, as this would then be classed as an illegal pyramid scheme. Therefore, you have to pay to join this scheme, pay a monthly agent fee, then an additional monthly fee to become a Rep in order to recruit.

So Inteletravel is just the 'vehicle' but the prices they charge are far higher than if you were to book travel directly for yourself, AND you wouldn't be paying a monthly agent fee which goes to your 'upline', which is basically a chain of people who got in before you on this 'scheme'.

I have been an advisor for 3 years now with Inteletravel and have enjoyed my experience so far. The commissions are very competitive and have always been paid on time. With lots of new partnerships joining like Jet2 and TUI it means I have been able to give my clients lots of options for their holidays. I have enjoyed many trips myself and sent family on unforgettable trips. Overall a great side hustle for anybody wanting to join the travel industry and earn a flexible income from home.

I absolutely love this company. It’s changed my travelling life ! I have been with them for 4 years now and I have loved every minute of it. For anyone wanting to change their direction in life or needing more flexibility I highly recommend. The support and the community is something I’ve never experienced before.

I’ve been with InteleTravel for over a year now and booked a significant amount of travel for friends, family and new clients, as well as earning back on my own travel saving me considerably! You can put as little or as much as you want into it. There are no targets and the startup costs are ridiculously low. I wish I started sooner!

I was a rep with them and booked a holiday through them. I got told my commission for that holiday was £216. I have now since found out i am actually only getting £105 commission. I have been waiting to cancel my enrolment with them since August
but wanted that commission so i would get some of my money back. I have looked at several holidays with their 'Preferred Partners' and will tell you that every holiday/trip i looked at was actually cheaper going to the same company than it was through Inteletravel, so if someone quotes you a holiday from Inteletravel, find out who your quote is with and then look yourself and you will get it cheaper than Inteletravel.

I’m really happy working with InteleTravel. The support and training they provide are brilliant — from regular online sessions to face-to-face meetings that make you feel truly guided and part of a team. I've been with Intele for a year now. I've booked around £60,000 in holidays, trips and excursions for my clients and been paid my commission successfully, with plenty of training and support from suppliers and Intele HO along the way.

I've created a travel business that works around my other job and my family. If you're not interested in the network marketing side, you don't have to do it. But you can if you want to. Personally, I've focused on building my travel business, building trust with my clients and knowing the booking processes inside out.

If you want a side hustle that could develop into a more full time business, then its worth a go! For less than the price of a gym membership per month.

I have been an agent with inteletravel for a year now and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. My day job is in medicine (a doctor) but I’ve always had a love for travel. Being able to do this around my 9-5 (or 8-8 more like!) has been super easy. I’ve booked in excess of 50k worth of travel for clients and my team has booked almost £2mil worth of travel this year alone. Our biggest single booking so far was a whopping £69k trip!! The support is phenomenal. The training from within the team is fab. What I love is that you can do as little or as much as you like. When life is busy, I just park it, and when I’ve got more time, I do more bookings. And of course, it’s made my own personal travel level up tremendously. Literally couldn’t be happier. I think it’s good to be honest - this will not earn you a six figure salary within 30 days guys! You’re building a business and a client base. It takes time. In a world of instant gratification and dopamine addictions, I think it’s important to remember that with all businesses, what you put in, you get out!
