Scam for subscription-ask for a pound then take 29.99 SCAM

Do not even try to sign on to this from facebook or any other social media site, they will change you unexpectantly $30 dollars. I know I know my fault for falling for the click bait but these people should be ashamed of this scam!! DON'T DO IT. Here is how they trap you into paying the monthly fee.
They say this on the cancelation site:
By agreeing to our Terms of Service, which is a mandatory step when signing up for Hint (even the 1.99 option) on our website, you also authorize automatic payments (THIS IS FOR 30 for 2 weeks!!!)

We also send out a detailed Welcome email with all the details about the subscription and how to manage it.

These are scammers.. avoid at all costs

I ordered directly from the website and didn't realize it was a recurring order. No prior notice before the next order shipped, they charged me $10 for shipping and then it was delivered by Amazon. I could have just ordered from Amazon and saved the ten bucks. Even if I like the product, the customer service is ridiculous. Never buying again.

On 3/4/25, I ordered 3 cases directly from Hint. Four days later, I still hadn't received my order. I looked up my shipping info. Supposedly my order was delivered 3/6. I never received my order. Further information:
"our records show this package was damaged in transit and we were advised to discard it by the seller. Please contact your seller for more information."
Neither the shipper nor the seller (Hint) contacted me to tell me that my order was damaged.

this water was purchased at Costco. Worst "natural flavors" I have ever experienced. Better off drinking tap water. Better yet, buy Walmart's private label natural flavors brand. The bottle size is more than double at the same price !

I can't rate the flavor because I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I have emailed Hint twice and they have not responded (they have no phone number only email). It has been 11 days since my first email and over 48 hours since the second email. They promise to get back to you in 48 hours or less, not true. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pretty much inexistent. The delivery carrier responded to me stating my order was "Undeliverable" and to contact the seller. Then I get an email today from Hint asking me to rate the flavors I ordered. Ridiculous!

Wow!! I’m Amazed of the negative comments! I absolutely love this water! Tastes so clean and refreshing! Most flavors I love but a couple I could leave. I have not ordered online as my local market often it on special. Tastes are different. My hubby doesn’t care for it.

This is nothing but tap water in a fancy bottle!!! I paid $36.00 for 3 cases of tap water. No flavor @ all, nothing, not even a HINT! Worst purchase I ever made. I should have read the reviews first because I know better. It tastes even worse than the water from my sink. They won't give you a refund either. Stay away from this company!

I hated drinking water until i found Hint a year ago I had to stop buying Hint because the quality of flavor went down to the point it taste just like water now has no flavor even first time drinkers friends of mine have said the same why do companies always lose quality and cheapen their product as they grow?

I was excited to try Hint water. I tried crisp apple, watermelon and blackberry. I deal with dry mouth daily because of my meds. I felt that hint didn't satisfy my thirst. I was expecting the flavors to be sweet and was disappointed when they weren't. Thats what you expect when you think of those fruits and its very disappointing when you don't get it. But the crisp apple does taste like crisp apple to me.
