Mould builds up in the nozzle of the infuser over time, even when following the recommended cleaning procedure
I contact customer service and they refused to acknowledged my issue
I would avoid purchasing as not a hygienic product to use

Love the machine saves a lot of space by not having cans and bottles .

Fast delivery and great product.

The delivery stays on "wait for collection" and has no updates for more than 2 days. No response from the email address, and when called to phone in office hours has backed to the IVR. Never reached any service staff.

I've not yet received what I ordered. I contacted Yodel and was told I would need to contact the supplier. I've contacted you and have yet to hear what's gone wrong.

Updated 04/06/26 - I received my parcel today and everything appears to be in order. However, I've still only received very confusing communications as to what was happening.

Drinkmate advertise themselves as a British company, but they are not.

Drinkmate also do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Terrible customer service!

Drinkmate is headquartered in Ann Arbor. The company states that it is based in Michigan. In the UK, Drinkmate products are distributed by a British company, Stearn Electric Co. Ltd, and Drinkmate maintains UK warehousing and customer support, but the brand itself is not British.

Just avoid and avoid Sodastream too.

Yodel. Yodel went wrong.
I heard a vehicle pull up.
I heard a vehicle door open.
I heard a vehicle door close.
I received a notification that this had been delivered, but no parcel to be seen.
Apparently, I didn't hear the knock on the door.
Their customer services are horrible to deal with.
I wish I'd not bothered.
I will never again buy anything from any company that uses Yodel.

Ordered a machine. Website says order fulfilled and on its way. Tracking number for courier resolved to "Still with supplier". They ignore any emails and after spending an hour on hold to the only advertised phone number I gave up. Thankfully my credit card company deal with scam companies like this very well. By contrast the other very well known company that makes similar machines (you know who) have excellent customer service. I guess I'll be sticking with them- shame as I was looking forward to using this new machine that can carbonate 'anything'

A company is only as good as how it responds when something goes wrong—and Drinks Mate absolutely delivered. I had an issue with my order, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish—quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely focused on putting things right. That level of service says a lot about a business. Highly recommend

The product is OK but there are very limited options for returning gas canisters - only Yodel and the nearest one to me is an hours drive - please consider other drop off companies like In post lockers, Royal Mail or Evri

It was easy to order and delivered promptly, it is easy to insert canister and safe and easy to use

The order has not arrived. You advised that it had been dispatched but the delivery company have no record of receiving the parcel from you. I have no bottles for my drinkmate omnifizz, so I can no longer use it. Very unhappy

Really easy to return used cylinders and voucher was sent on email promptly. New cylinders arrived quickly

Easy to send bottles back and buy replacement as well as a machine that works well

Excellent Soda Maker & Customer Service. Easy enough to do the Gas Exchange too. This last time I used the Gas Exchange it was even quicker and much needed for me. Fantastic Service. Many thanks. Before Drinkmate I hardly ever drank Water. Hated the taste of water but now drinking really healthy soda water. I love it.

Bought a Drinkmate Omnifizz. Item broke within a month, I understand these things happen so tried to speak to customer support.

Tried emailing them at both addresses listed on their website without any reply. Eventually found a phone number for them but they put you on hold without answering.

Now I'm stuck with a two hundred pound paper weight with no way to get a repair or refund. Avoid.

Once I grasped how the system of return & vouchers for CO2 it was all very easy.
I emailed for assistance, but the reply was a little vague. Next time it will be much easier

Great machine for fizzing any type of drink, or just have sparkling water. Would highly recommend drinkmate to anyone
