Great to find a more ethical supplier for my fizzy drinks
Really impressed with this purchase from Drinkmate. Was looking for an alternative to one which I am boycotting.
It arrived the next day after me ordering it late at night and does exactly what it needs to do.

Change of policy? !
Terrible customer service if any... in the end we had to open a security risky Paypal account... although we had been receiving the goods for years without one ! No idea whats gone on but the way it was dealt with wasnt great for the customer.

Superb customer service
My order (Omnifizz and refills bundle) went missing. Yodel was absolutely useless and gave no help whatsoever. This was such a huge contrast to Drinkmate's customer service. Jade was my point of contact throughout, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She soothed me, reassured me and sorted out the problem immediately. I felt listened to, supported and valued as a customer. Great product, great customer care - I recommend Drinkmate (and Jade) 100%.

I love using my Drinkmate - it’s so quick and easy and saving me lots of money (and the environment) from buying plastic bottles of fizzy water. Also, I needed to contact Customer Services about an order and they were super quick at responding and very helpful!

Love the machine, Hate the return service
Love the machine. Drinkmate lost a star because of their choice of YODEL for handle their return of cylinders. Yodel's website store locator didn't work and their website tracking is awful.
