I could have given it 5 stars... ...but unfortunately, the box containing the whisky bottles had been folded up for transport and sustained some minor damage in the process.

Excellent Service, Smooth Experience
Lots of communication—most of it automated—but it works well and adds a nice personal touch. Messages like “thanks for your first order” and “great to see you again” create a sense of ongoing connection. It gives the impression that someone’s always there, even if it’s behind the scenes.
Delivery was fast, packaging was secure, and overall service was excellent.
A great bonus is the rewards system—earning points to redeem against future purchases gives real value and incentive to come back. There’s plenty of potential for bargains down the line.
The website is clean and easy to navigate. There are a few very minor quirks, but nothing that impacts usability. Honestly, of all the sites I’ve used, this one ranks in the top 3 for functionality and user experience. Simple, intuitive, and smooth.
Highly recommended.

Bad service Avoid
Bought a bottle of Midleton Very Rare 2016. It arrived with no certificate. Emailed them about it straight away. Email was ignored that was 7 days ago. Certainly would not recommend buying from Drinks hero
