The service was not very good
The service was not very good as I had to wait for about 2 hours before I got anyone out to me as I am a amputee and in a wheelchair I could not go anywhere so I would like to have a better service in the future

The battery on our motorhome needed replacing,from first call to successful repair was 4 hours.and called us every 40 minutes with updates.touring spain at the time.november 2023.

Very timely response I must say, I wasn't kept hanging around for ages as with some other breakdown companies right on the money, got them to call at my house on time, efficient knowledgeable engineer nothing was to much trouble for him, but most of all this company are very competitive in their prices they even give you a discount if you don't call them out, I've been with them for a number of years now and never been let down 5 STARS for sure

If i could give zero stars i would.
Yet another selfish company attempting to charge at the end of a free trial despite the services being cancelled by the customer. Thankfully I had cancelled my card in the days prior so the payment bounced. Absolutely disgusting.
Trust pilot also are asking for a reference number to prove this is a real review. But driver guardian never even sent me a confirmation email so I don't have one.

We have reviewed the feedback and constructed a timeline of events that explain the situation and hopefully provide some insight and context for anyone that reads your version of events and gives our side of the story.
I must state at this point that we are in no way a company that mistreats people, we work harder than anyone in this industry not to do so, this is why we take your words so seriously.
Lauren or Jay signed up for a free trial and entered payment information, the account and the payment seem to be in a mixture of Lauren and Jay’s name, the payment does not match the name on the account, so it is unclear who did what.
I called Jay on Monday to advise the payment was due but down to a technical error, which it now appears was your card being cancelled, the payment had not gone through and had also not cancelled off, and to see if we should cancel or reinstate.
Jay asked I cancel so we marked the account cancelled, I advised Jay he would not be charged and even if it was too late to catch the payment he would be refunded the £7.23 in full immediately. Jay was fine with this.
We received a call from Lauren on Tuesday morning to say a payment intent had failed, I spoke to Lauren and informed her that no payment had been taken and that the matter had been handled with Jay the day previous.
Our accounts department then called Lauren back to double confirm this was the case and reassure no funds would be taken and that we do not even hold the card number as it sits with the payment provider. It was explained that the payment and accounts being in different names and the cancelling of the card had caused the confusion.
Following these efforts we later received Lauren’s review, which we had to ask to be altered as it contained statements that where not accurate, such as that we had taken money.
I appreciate after our third telephone conversation Lauren is hyper aware around this issue due to recent personal events and understand why this might trigger a reaction, I feel on the basis of what has happened, the steps we took, and what has been written, your reaction is not proportionate.

Battery to call driver guardian out to the…
Had to call driver guardian out to the house car electrics were totally dead on car ,wouldn’t start spoke with a very nice lady who organised a recovery arrived within 1hour fortunately it was the battery that had died happened very quickly , asked recovery driver if he had a booster pack fortunately he did and that got car started . I replaced battery and all was well can’t thank dg enough very professional company and quick response top marks
