15 Jod Extra Fees for online purchases
When you try to order from there website it appears as if it's located in jordan IT'S NOT
They don't mention it on the checkout page either. It was a small little line on the confirmation email after you pay " extra fees might be applied" I emailed several times asking to cancel the order but they refused. Now they sent an email saying, I either pay the 15Jod customs or as they said in the email " deductions applied, including shipping fees (both ways), customs charges, and any additional fees imposed by the courier company"

The product were good but one of the staff behavior was so bad , he came up to us and said if ur looking for price its the same every where,and said to order from site but why we came to your branch if we could oreder online?
We came for you to help us and find what we need , its your job to help not to humiliate the costumor,i love their product but the staff needs to be more respectfull, we went to al mawaleh branch in muscat

After 12 days they told me that my order can’t be delivered and that they will refund me the money once the products is back in their store when I demanded that the refund be issued immediately they kept repeating the same message, horrible customer service horrible company don’t ever order from this website they’re basically scammers

Bad customer experience and professionalism. Even something as simple as getting a confirmation of an order on email I had to keep following up on. Lack of transparency for tracking orders. Inflated prices.

⭐ 0 Star – Wrong Dosage Sent & Poor Customer Response
I ordered two boxes of Barbarin 1100 mg (550 mg + 550 mg per serving) under Order #2069407. However, I received a product labeled as 1000 mg instead.
This is not a minor packaging difference — it is a dosage difference. When purchasing supplements, the exact strength matters.
What disappointed me more was the customer service response. Instead of addressing the dosage discrepancy clearly and professionally, I received a generic reply about packaging updates. This does not justify sending a different strength than what was ordered.
Customers rely on accurate product descriptions, especially for health-related supplements. Transparency and proper communication are essential.
I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service process.

لازم يكون في سياسة واضحة للتعامل مع المواعيد تلزم الموظف والعميل مش سياسة غير مفهومة وفيها تمييز

I live in the United States. I ordered 4 boxes of hair oil, but I was given a false tracking number. The only way I was able to get a refund was because I paid with PayPal. Don't trust this company. By the way, if you decide to purchase items from Dr. Nutrition pay with PayPal. The customer service was awful, they are a scam.

I placed an order on drnutrition.com from Qatar. The shipping cost was already charged during checkout, so I expected the final amount to be clear before payment.

However, after the order was placed, I was informed about additional charges (such as customs clearance) that were not mentioned anywhere during cart or checkout.

This lack of transparency is disappointing. Any extra charges that may apply should be clearly communicated before the customer completes payment, especially for international orders.

Because this information was only shared after order confirmation, the overall experience felt misleading. I hope Dr Nutrition improves cost transparency for customers in Qatar and other regions.

Unresponsive customer care!!! They actually do not care at all. Many hours of contacting them, texting them no response. Will never pass an order with you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complete scam. Ordered 120 Omega 3 capsules, received 60. Took 6 days to arrive and they sent half my order. When confronted, zero accountability. They took my money and failed to deliver what I paid for. Absolutely untrustworthy.
