I ordered a product that wasn’t in stock, and the company failed to inform me. It took 2 weeks to get my money back, with no proactive communication or accountability. Unacceptable service — I won’t be ordering from them again.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I recently received from Dr. Nutrition. Dr Nutrition is unable to get items to anyone due the fact they cannot ship through known shippers. Items have been on order since last month and haven't recieved. Being in Bahrain and DRN is in UAE this is unacceptable. Should avoid shopping with them online. Mall stores as well only have limited items available. Avoid them, go to iherb instead

It bad company It lost our money in nothing and no result and when we finish our product they said pay to get the products 😠

Monthly once i will purchase but all my order not get on time after 8 days 10 days im receiving my order no 877768 still not delivered and i contact with what's app they're also not replying properly. 2 days before they said within 24 hours I will get my order but still waiting for my oder

I registered with Dr. Nutrition on August 29th For six months. The nutritionist told me that their program would help me lose 6 to 12 kilos. I have a problem with hormones. My weight was 65.5. There are three weeks left on my subscription. Until now the desired result is NOT achieved yet!!!!

Worst experience ever!
After waiting the shipment for more than 3 weeks, I received only 2 out of 3 items.

Fradulent company, if you checked reviews here before making an online order - you are lucky to be steered away, as many people were scammed as I were unfotunately.

The company provided me with flase tracking details and kept stalling for over 2 weeks... The carrier they claim to deal with confirmed they NEVER sent any product! Only then (16 days later) they admitted to not sendig/processing the order. They also refused to process a refund. Pay at your own risk, you have been warned buddy...

(Btw; they only communicate over WhatsApp and not email, nor do they send any updates after you pay, you will keep reaching out to follow-up and be lied to..)

I placed an order 10 days ago and have been in constant contact with customer service, who repeatedly promised delivery each day but never followed through. It feels like they are making excuses and not valuing their customers. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

After 1 Year being a customer i receive order of Protein Quantity from Dubai with a discusting taste.
I call them and tring to complain about the taste they didn't even ask to check the item or the taste simply they didn't care.

Apparently Dr Nutrition has lost the ability to ship any items, they claim it's a shipper problem. Nevertheless everything was taking days longer but now nothing moves after it's ordered. Other note they only use DHL now after losing two other shipping companies, and even that hasn't fixed the issue. Take business elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have paid. £100,000,00. 1 year ago and have received no documentation, I’ve asked for my money back and they have continuously prefabricated excuses not Togo e my money back. Beware of this company, I’m currently seeking legal advice

This incident happened month of April 2024. I am telling you guys do not buy from Dr Nutrition. They selling completely fake products.
What I experience is I have ordered Redcon1 Total War Blue Lemonade recently. I am always using Total War and I am well aware about there products. So, which I ordered recently it's FAKE. The flavor different, scoop size different & the power color is rose. So I tasted bit and in that same moment I realized this is Bodybuilder pre workout which is promoting by Dr Nutrition. Because long back ago I have tried that pre workout and that flavor and taste I remember very well.

So next point is regarding this I called them and informed. When I told to the customer service that guy was told me to send by WhatsApp and he can not do anything. Then I have WhatsApp it with photos and videos. They respond is "we will inform our specialized department ang get back to you". But so far never contacted me.
I have all the evidence and I am willing to provide anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY NUTRITIONAL PRODUCTS. PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL.
