Honest and professional surgeon!

No one can make everyone happy, and as a result, the more patients a doctor has, the lower their ratings tend to be. This creates a misleading impression for other patients seeking experienced healthcare providers. Consequently, many patients can be negatively affected by this illogical rating system. Some people demand refunds, and when their requests are denied, they threaten to leave negative reviews online. They often use various platforms, such as Trustpilot, to further their agendas. Unfortunately, these websites do little to protect individuals' rights and often serve those who wish to harm others for financial gain or competitive reasons.

Initially I was very pleased with my results , however 2 years later my face has dropped considerably and my neck is showing signs of when I first arrived in Antalya . Most positive reviews are within a month if surgery when our faces are at their optimum after surgery. Unfortunately once the face fully heals you then see the flaws . My upper Bleph I can see obvious incision marks & folding of the skin I also have noticeable face symmetrical issues and my neck is really starting to loose laxity .

По возвращению из больницы я,увидела что на меня смотрят два разных по форме глаза. Также круговая подтяжка не выполнена , на шее заметны складки, небыло четкого контура лица. Швы были просто ужастные, Меня пытались убедить что все встанет на свои места, и все наладится. Ранее здесь в trust pilot я описывала подробно свой опыт и результаты, однако каким то необяснимым образом мои сообщения удаляются
Последствия операции которые я пережила, мне срезал веки так что глаза мои не закрывались, глаза постоянно воспалялись, болели, боли перешли в головные, форма глаз разная. Сформировался лагофальмус. Блефаропластика и верхняя и нижняя нессиметрична. Швы ужасные. На контуре лица висели кусок кожи, шея не подтянута, виски не подтянуты, я проживала страшные боли, и проживаю до сих пор.
На данный момент я прожила две операции , восстановление век, пришиты лоскуты кожи на веки, боли так и не прекратились. Вторая
операция по восстановлению неудачной подтяжки лица.
Эта неудачная операция забрала у меня нормальную жизнь. Всё мои личные планы были разрушены.
После размещения моего отзыва эти люди мне угрожали расправиться в суде. Сейчас они завели на меня дело в суде за свой же непрофессионализм.
Так же была размещена моя фотография без моего согласия в социальных сетях. Понимание такого человеческого качества как СОВЕСТЬ полностью отсутствуют у этих людей. БЕЗРАССУДНОСТЬ, ХАЛАТНОСТЬ , СКАНДАЛЬНОСТЬ , НЕПРОФЕССИОНАЛИЗМ то с чем мне пришлось соприкоснуться за свои же деньги.
Смысл пластической хирургии подарить людям счастье, радость и молодость , а они раздают изуродованную эстетику , испорченное здоровье и все остальные последствия в жизни от их непрофессионализма.

Хочу продолжить свое первый отзыв моего страшного опыта с этим хирургом. Прошло полтора года с момента моей круговой подтяжки лица. Первый опыт описаний можно смотреть вначале где я конкретно описала что сделали с моим лицом и в частности с глазами. Что изменилось с того момента. Я прожила две операции , одна из которых была коррекция непрофессиональной подтяжки. Вторая операция это наращивание лоскутов кожи на веко обоих глаз. Боли в глазах так и не прошли что приносит мне огромный дисбаланс в моей жизни. Если бы можно было разместить здесь фото что со мной сделали я бы конечно поделилась.
Не передать всего словами сколько испытаний мне приходиться проживать до сих пор.
Но самый главным моментом этого опыта Хочу ещё описать что эти нечестные люди осмелились подать на меня в суд за мой отзыв. Плюс угрозы которые были в мой адрес. Про извинения никто даже и не упоминал. Так что последствия этой непрофессиональной операции ещё не закончились , а так же разбирательства по этому поводу.
Понимание что такое СОВЕСТЬ полностью отсутствуют у этих людей. Своим непрофессионализмом они играют жизнями и судьбами людей. Смысл эстетической хирургии подарить людям радость , красоту и молодость , а они дарят боль и несчастье и много проблем в жизни , что связано с последствиями такого непрофессионализма.

In 2023, I had 6 surgical procedures with Professor Ozerdem. Two of them were revisions due to poor results. During the initial consultation process, there were some red flags, which I ignored, partly due to naivete, but in general, the staff were great, helpful and did their best to ensure I had a good experience.
After I left Turkey and tried to contact them about questions and issues I was having, things changed dramatically. Despite multiple requests, I was not allowed any access to Professor Ozderdem, which meant I didn’t get the correct post-care advice needed. I discovered fibrosis on my stomach and when I asked why (no mention of anything being done to my stomach in the surgical notes or consultations), I was eventually told that fat had been harvested from my stomach for a facial fat transfer. No advice on how to minimise the fibrosis or deal with scar tissue on my body or face.
When I returned for the revision surgery, staff were astonishingly careless and hostile. After months of refusing any virtual contact with the surgeon, I had lots of questions, and they rushed through these quickly, dismissing many of my valid concerns. I was casually given a half dose of antibiotics and a couple of Voltaren tablets by the assistant, and guess what, 1 week after surgery, I developed an infection and had to have emergency surgery to remove a breast implant.
On their IG account, they stole an image of me post-revision and posted it with an original pre-op photo, trying to claim that my breast augmentation surgery was successful. The post failed to disclose the original surgery had required revision and the revision surgery failed due to infection. No permission was given to use my photos and the post is very deceiving.
I have been left with very sub-par results to my face and body. 15 months post-op, I still can’t wear my hair up in a ponytail due to scarring around my hairline and my face just looks odd. 6 months post revision surgery, I am still waiting for my body to heal and save enough money in order to have further revision surgery to reconstruct my breast.
Yes, I know surgery has risks, but the worst part was the completely unprofessional, reckless and unethical treatment of me by the staff.

I had NOT have my surgery when I went to Professor Omer R. Ozerdem for the first time to have a consultation 7 years ago. I was in holiday in Antalya at that time and visited some doctors to be operated that year. Professor examined my face then asked my concerns and my expectations.
He said that, there was no age-related deformity on my face yet. The small things I pointed can be treated with energy based procedures and botulinum. I was not suitable for operations I wanted. He noted it is still early and it’s beneficiary will be little. He explained it in every details why should I not have the operations yet. The consultation took about 1, 5 hour. His answer surprised me because other surgeons wanted to operate me each procedures I requested from them. To make the story short, I went back him again this year and he operated me this time as I was a good candidate for the surgery. It has been 9 months since the surgery. I can not be happier than this. It is still me, but much fresher and younger. I love my result as I always requested to have natural look. I have also started skin tightening procedures to extend my results.

I flew from the uk for face lift neck lift and my implants removed with uplift. The results go above and beyond my expectations and I can say he has changed my life both physically and mentally
The nurse came every other day after surgery to change any dressings and take photos for the professor and reassured me everything was normal
I stayed at the ramada hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and where very friendly.
I am day 8 and am very pleased with the results. It’s not easy going through such a big operation in another country but I’m so pleased I chose the professor having had botched breast surgery in the uk 12 years ago he has fixed with incredible results something I never though possible

Ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Arzt, dem es um zufriedene Patienten geht. Ich habe bei Herr Dr. Özerdem meine Höckernase operieren lassen. Die Beratung im Vorfeld war ausführlich und ehrlich. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um alles verständlich zu erklären. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Ergebnis hätte nicht besser werden können. Meine Nase ist genauso geworden wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Mir war es besonders wichtig eine natürliche Nase zu haben. Seine Arbeit ist erstklassig.

I had a deep plane facelift plus necklift and other minor surgeries and I couldn't be more happier. I flew from Malta to do the surgery after alot of research that I did. I would recommend Professor Omer Ozerdem to anyone consider doing the surgery.

Eind 2021 een haartransplantatie operatie gehad in Antalya bij dr. Özerdem. Zeer kundige en vriendelijke arts die je niet van alles aanprijst maar een eerlijk advies geeft. Ik ben oprecht zeer tevreden met de service en het resultaat en beveel dr. Özerdem zeker aan.

I travelled to Antalya from the UK in June 2023 after doing my research and communicating with some of the Professor’s previous patients. I communicated with the lovely Sofia who arranged my hotel and surgery date etc . I was greeted at the airport by a limo driver who was very pleasant and taken directly to the hospital for all of my pre op checks
Ecg , blood tests , chest X-ray etc
I met the wonderful Irmak who would be my after care nurse for the week . Excellent English and so kind and knowledgeable.
I met the Professor the following morning and he discussed my surgery and concerns.
I was prepped and went to theatre for deep plane facelift, lip lift , neck lift , dermobrasion to smokers lines , endoscopic brow lift and upper blephroplasty.
I was made comfortable after my surgery in my own private room and encouraged walk the same day to reduce dvt risk .
Next day both drains removed and dressing’s reduced and taken to my hotel with Irmak . The Ramada Plaza was fantastic and close to the professors clinic . My sister was in the next room to me and helped me so much . Irmak came daily to check on my wounds and I had my sutures removed on day 8 before flying home . Very slick service, extremely knowledgeable team . I felt that I was in safe hands throughout. My results are fantastic and I will always be grateful to the professor and his team .

After hearing about Professor Omer Refik Ozerdem from another patient I started looking into his qualifications and his work. The patient who’d had multiple facial procedures with the professor was extremely happy with the professor’s work and her results are stunning.
She had done extensive research into the professor’s credentials and was very confident of the professor’s ability and his kind and professional approach.

Before I got to Turkey I had a number of interactions with Sofia, the professor’s coordinator and wife. She’s very helpful, caring and responsive.
I had a Deep Plane Face Lift, Neck Lift, upper and lower Bleph, open brow lift, fat transfer and dermabrasion to my upper lip.

The professor takes time to understand your concerns about your face and talk with you about options for addressing them.

It can be a bit daunting having a surgical procedure in s foreign country. However the professor and his team really did so much to make me feel more comfortable.

His nurse Irmak came to pick us up from our hotel and took me to hospital. She speaks excellent English and just has the most caring nature.
She is there when you wake up. After the hospital she takes you back to the hotel and settles you in, explaining all the meds and after care.

The first two days are a bit tough… not going to lie… but after that it’s all just uncomfortable as opposed to pain.

Irmak the lovely nurse came several more times before we flew out to check and care for wounds. She really is so lovely.

We spent a month travelling through Turkey but Sofia was only ever a message away. If we had questions about medications or the condition of the wound Sofia would send our photos to the Professor and he would assess then provide advice as to what should happen.

The only thing I would mention is that if you need codeine pain relief, bring it from your own country because it can be tricky to get. Similarly if you need medication to manage post surgery anxiety, it is not easy to get.

I’m saying this, Sofia was very helpful and make an appointment for me to see the psychiatrist in the hospital who wrote me a script for it.

I’m very happy with my results and very happy with the experience.
