He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He took enough care of me and informed me at every stage. I can say that I regret not having met before.

I had a deep plane facelift with other minor surgeries at Dr. Ozerdem's clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I flew from Dubai to have the procedure done. From my initial consultation to follow-ups, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with alternative techniques, along with clear explanations of what to expect.

I regularly have plastic surgeon procedures and have travelled the world, seeing many different high level surgeons who are experts in the area I was having performed on. My experience over the years has been mainly positive and I do alot of research when choosing the right surgeon. 
I found Dr Omar from glowing feedback of a cosmetic surgery Facebook group.

I was very nervous looking for the right surgeon for a face/neck lift ‘plus other little procedures’ & then I seen a few people mentioning Prof. Dr. Omer R. Ozerdem, the more I looking into the name the more I became impressed with his work.
From our very first contact to present ‘4.5 months post op’ I’ve been made to feel very comfortable.
Sofia (point of contact) has been & still is amazing with the questions I’ve had.
Trust & experience is a huge factor when looking for a good surgeon & I can say with confidence that Prof. Ozerdem & his team have both. I’m very happy & much more confident after my procedures.

Prof. Dr. Omer Refik Ozerdem far exceeded my expectations. I got a face/neck lift, open brow lift, canthoplasty, upper - lower eye blepharoplasty, lip lift and fat transfer to my lips, temples, nasolabial folds and under eyes. I received dermabrasion around my lip area to address deep smoker's wrinkles.
I also had a breast implant exchange along with a breast lift. My old implants were in my body for 45 years. I am 68 years old. The left had leaked out all of the silicone. Prof. Dr. Omer R. Ozerdem spent hours cleaning/removing the free silicone. My right implant had a grade 4 capsular contracture. While in there, my wonderful and detailed surgeon took a biopsy just in case. (I received a good result of the biopsy BEFORE I went home to the states).
I told him to pick the size of the implant for me keeping in mind my desire to go one size smaller. They are a perfect size. He really listened to me.
He is not just the best plastic surgeon; he is also an artist. There is also a kindness that I felt from him when I first met him. Ego does not drive him.
**I am being told by friends and family that I look like I am in my low 40's!**

Now I will discuss his office manager, Sofia Ozerdem (his wife also) and his nurse and medical assistant and surgical assistant and other office personnel.
I will start with Sofia. It is clear why the Professor/Doctor married her. She is beautiful, a great organizer and office money lady who has a GIANT heart. My stay there was at a 5 star hotel which was arranged to perfection. There was never a glitch with my transportation. They were always there on time to pick me up and take me back.
The 2 redheads in the office - a nurse and a medical assistant- treated me like I was their precious mother or grandmother. The nurse came to see me at the hotel a load of times for my aftercare, which I feel is a great perk. My aftercare instructions were also very helpful when I went home.
The surgical assistant (I am not sure of his title) was wonderful. He was very gentle when removing stitches and such. (He was also very good-looking).
And, finally, the lady who sits behind the desk was kind and attentive.
All in all, I not only left there looking 25 years younger; I also gained a beautiful little family.

I regret not looking for his help earlier. Prof. Ozerdem is exceptional not only as a doctor but as a human being. He and his team made me feel so comfortable from start to finish, he even jokes to make you feel better.

I highly recommend this clinic for those who are seeking for professional care and treatment.
