Another perfect day at the clinic, this time for a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and Erbium laser treatment. From the moment I walk through the door, I feel truly valued and completely in safe hands.

Every aspect of the surgery was thoroughly explained by both Dr Rishi and Professor Alwyn, and I was introduced to the entire team who would be caring for me throughout the day. This immediately put me at ease.

The surgery itself was completely pain free. As I had local anaesthetic, the team regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable at all times.

Afterwards, I was taken to my own private recovery room, where the lovely Sara brought me a cup of tea and kindly ordered me some lunch. Throughout the entire experience, I felt valued, safe, and genuinely cared for.

I truly enjoy spending time here with the team—I almost forget I’m there for treatment. The best people delivering the best treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for looking after me; I’m incredibly happy and grateful for all the procedures I’ve received.

Very gentle throughout and so knowledgeable when it came to all the questions I had for her.
