I applied to start your Marketin courses with Miranda Pearce in February, after I saw your first lecture video , I didn’t liked , you didn’t meet my expectations, you was proving old presentation from Covid time and repeated.
Then I stoped after 6 days .
The cancellation policy was up to 14 days if I don’t want to go ahead.
No one didn’t attentions on my enquiry’s ,
You still charging me every month without I used your marketing service .
I emailed your finance Team few times , no one helped me so sort out this issue.

The last you charger me on the 9 th May again Why you still charging me , as I cancelled in February!
So disappointed from your services , you don’t do attention of your delegates who don’t like your stuff .

I am looking forward my refund and will escalate!

Great teaching video on advanced lip injection! Worth the price of admission. The interview of the patient was quite long, otherwise, I would have give it a 5 star. However, I will implement the interview with my patients.

Great pics and descriptions but unfortunately it was not what I was expecting. Great book though. Just maybe over my head a little.

Easy to access. Professional approach. Comprehensive learning content with the added bonus of patient information to download. Highly recommend.

A great camera lens in order to really see each injection point as the viewer.

I’ve written reviews before for Dr Tim & SkinViva as I believe my training has been excellent, but today I want to write from a personal experience.
Today I injected my first set of lips with dermal filler & things didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped!
There was some delayed blanching in an area that was suspect and I panicked! I feared the worst!
The first thing I did was contact the (Dr Tim Pearce) dermal filler VO support group with my worries and questions.
I honestly can’t say enough about the level of support and calm I received. The response from Mary was immediate. I had two injectors (Mary & Douglas) that helped me through the issue which was resolved in under 90 minutes.
As a new injector and with it being my first attempt at dermal fillers you can imagine how I was feeling!
My heart was beating it out of my chest but Mary told me to make a cuppa for my client and myself and reminded me to breathe.
After videos back and forth and following their (Mary & Douglas) directions all was resolved and the client was able to go home happy with her lips!
I don’t know what I would have done had the VO support group not been at my fingertips! I probably would have performed and unnecessary reversal of the procedure.
I’m so grateful, once again, that I trained at SkinViva!

These videos and resources are amazing for someone who has nurses who are new to aesthetics and those who have been in for a while.

I have to admit how stupid I had been. There is so many company’s out there on the internet offering Aesthetics courses. Mine was not cheap. I paid £4000 for the Foundation Botox and Filler course and vitamin B12 course. Do not be taken in, do your research. I’m a nurse, yes I’ve got 17 years in Acute medicine. But still blind sided. I started following Dr Tim Pearce (skin viva) Ive learned so much more in such a short time. I’m currently studying MASTERY complications Botox E-learning course. WOW what an eye opener. It all makes sense. In my opinion it’s a must have. Not only that you can pay monthly and learn at your leisure with an test at the end of your module. I will no longer be doing any courses with anyone else. I’m
Afraid skin viva are going to be stuck with me and in the very near future I will be booking practical courses with confidence. Knowing I am going to get the right information is paramount within the Aesthetics industry.
