Dealing with this company has been such a fabulous experience I feel compelled to offer a review of my own volition.
Firstly, the products I have ordered have been super - old moat cider and a white wine
They are cheaper than I can source locally
They are super quick with delivery and products arrive really well packaged and very soon after placing an order.
I messed up an order and they actually telephoned me - sorted it out and did an immediate refund
No chatting with bots - how great is that!
Highly recommend such a refreshing approach to customer service and quality products and delivery.

Bought 3 bottles of wine for a one-off need (neither of us is 'dry' but this was for my wife's birthday ahead of an operation). Chose DryDrinker for their Next Day Delivery promise but somehow managed to click 'Next working day' (ie. my fault) so the wine would be arriving (1) too late and (2) while I was going to be in Germany. Contacted DryDrinker on the Saturday and received a response from MD/Founder Stuart advising that they would contact the delivery company DHL, get it returned directly to them and arrange a full refund.
TLDR? I messed up, they fixed it. Absolutely superb service - this is how companies build reputations - couldn't recommend highly enough.

Purchased Jarr Komucha. Basically like drinking slightly fizzy Cider Vinegar. If I completed the bottle I would have 100% had a bad tummy. Lesson learnt unfortunately.

I ordered a case of beers, which were not quite what I was expecting. I emailed customer service and received a very quick reply and resolution to my issue by replacing the case. Great customer service from DryDrinker - thanks!

I ordered kombucha from them, which was delivered promptly. However, when I got around to opening the box they were the wrong flavour. I emailed them on a Sunday and got a fantastic reply from the CEO within half an hour. They sent a full replacement ASAP of what I'd ordered and let me keep the other. Fantastic customer service, would definitely use them again

In 2018, my wife and I went on honeymoon to Portugal.
I am almost 15 years sober but I like the occasional beer. More specifically, I enjoy the occasional stout.
In Portugal I discovered Super Bock alcohol free (0.05%) stout and immediately loved it.
Upon my return to the UK, I couldn’t find it anywhere. Until I discovered Dry Drinker.
I ordered 4 crates of 12 bottles. (48 bottles total).
I got a first order discount of 10%, a free glass for new customers and free, tracked, next-day delivery with DHL.
The shipment arrived in amazingly sturdy packaging.
Now for the best bit - the beer is just as good as I remember. Awesome!

Have ordered quite a few cases from Dry drinker since lockdown - good to still be able to have a beer without the alcohol sometimes. Their range of low and non alcoholic beers is amongst the best I've found - fwiw their 'create your own case' offer is a good way of trying out a few new drinks. Can't comment on their non-beer offerings as I haven't tried them.

The purchasing process is straightforward and my experience has been that delivery is either next day or 48 hours. Consistently impressed.

The evening before my order happened, I found my address wrong (totally my fault) and contacted the company. They immediately rerouted the order and sorted out my problem in record time. I have ordered three times from this company, and they continue to do brilliantly. Thank you, Dry Drinker!

I was looking for some NA beers to cut down my intake but retain flavour and that feeling of reward beer gives me after a hard day/week.

Found drydrinker by accident as I was looking at specific beers and stockists and they happened to have what I wanted. I'm really glad they did because not only did I get a nice little discount code, they also delivered my beers literally the next day after I'd ordered - waaaaay faster than I ever thought they would.

As a bit of a beer snob, I was also impressed by the packaging and the fact it felt like the beers had been cold-stored.

Great company for alcohol free beverages. A wide selection to suit all tastes and some pre boxed ideas if you have no clue. Overnight delivery and friendly staff. A great place if your alcohol free or if you just want to cut down.

Used DryDrinker quite few times now and the speed of delivery is always fast, and the choice of selections are excellent.
However, You only find out how good a company is when an issue arises. And on this time I had two leaky cans in which the can contents were almost gone. Emailed support, they asked about whether I wanted a refund or replacement. Asked for replacement, and 24hrs later the replacements arrived. You cannot ask for a more speedy response.
Highly recommend the choice on offer and the great customer service.

Very happy with my first experience of Dry Drinker a couple of weeks ago. Excellent selection, (delicious German wheat beer, hard to find elsewhere) reasonable prices and quick delivery. Very happy to recommend them!

The DryDrinker firm is excellent and delivery is first class. I do love the fact that one can drink well without alcohol, as I have an autoimmune illness which is not good mixed with alcohol unfortunately.
However I bought a bottle of the Italian ‘Giaiosa’ sparkling wine to have with Christmas lunch and sadly was very disappointed as it was far too sweet and had very little taste. Would love to have a dry sparkling equivalent! Any suggestions?

Customer service as good as it gets. Needdd some info on Blade delivery and got the personal touch from the top. Needless to say I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Ordered 2 x Big Drop Stout in cans - came in bottles - I did not agree to a substitute - the stout in cans is far superior.

I could not recommend dry drinker enough. Absolutely delighted not only with items purchased but also the service I received was amazing. Stuart answered all my questions and kept me up to date. He even included a personal video message from the warehouse when I emailed to ask if my order would be here before Xmas. Can not recommend enough!

Very happy with the beers and level of service shown to me. I have taken out the beer subscription offer and enjoy seeing my new case arrive each month with new beers to discover. I had a slight issue with one delivery but this was quickly resolved. Highly recommended
