I bought eye drops and they stung my eyes so I contacted them to return it. They said they don't allow products returned if you've opened the product. I've never heard of this anywhere else. Do yourse... Voir plus

Pros and cons of Retain eye drop use.
Quick delivery. Sterilized individual containers.
Cost is difficult when you need this ongoing and multiples daily. After my postop cataract surgery schedule I will look for an alternative I can afford to moisten my dry eyes. Also when you remove tip to open dropper, tip is very sharp and scratched my eye on first try. Since, I use a finger to elevate dropper above my eye to prevent this occurence again!

I ordered four boxes of the blink…
I ordered four boxes of the blink tubes, to avoid paying the shipping fees. I received them with a three months expiration date. I called and was told you can send them and pay the return shipping fees and then we will send you the replacements.
Unreasonable, inconvenient and poor suggestion. I will look somewhere else to buy the drops.
