I ordered late Monday night and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Amazing service! I will be using again for both DTF and UVDTF when I get enough designs together.

I have contacted them several times…
I have contacted them several times without a reply or even acknowledgment. Yes the photo is what I asked for but the quality of the pj material is very poor and not worth the price. Hence one star. I have never received any communication from you. That’s why I contacted you before leaving a review to try to sort the issue but heard nothing. Can you please try to contact me again ??

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm truly sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the quality of the product we use a standard blank raglan pjs that are british made and locally sourced. We take all customer concerns seriously and have tried reaching out to you several times to discuss the issue and find a solution that meets your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response yet.
We strive to ensure that every product we deliver meets high standards of quality, so it’s disappointing to hear that your experience didn’t reflect this. we have sold 1000s of this product over etsy ebay our website, and haven't had any complaints until now as asked when we replied to your email that you could of bought a set from the Disney store cheaper, this product is meant to be a custom personalised made to order item that is unique to the child and not a massed produced product.

Great service, communication and product!
I ordered a brand logo DTF print, they were quick to respond and help out with sizing with a few to and fro emails, once that was done the transfer was with me in a couple of days, the transfer was colour correct, sharp and spot on, will be ordering more for our T-shirts and hoodies.

hi we sent a mesage twice one advising the tshirt size was out of stock and if another size would do, then we sent a email advising because we recieved no reply we have refunded in full and if u want u can reorder the different size,
