By far the worst company i have ever…

By far the worst company i have ever bought equipment from. No support , technical issues, poor product support. Virtually no help, you will be on your own. We lost 10,000 due to printers that won't stay running so you can recoup you investment. Run away from this company fast

Wow..I found a thread with people…

Wow..I found a thread with people having the same issue. I too invested thousands of dollars and have had issue after issue after issue. I too have experienced the tech taking days to get back on an issue. I totally regret purchasing this Prestige A4 and i’ve only had this printer 1 year! Went through 4 printheads smh
what can we do about this? …seems like they are just taking our money!

DTF Station Prestige A4

I purchased a Prestige A4 DTF printer through Heat Transfer Warehouse (HSW) who is a vendor for DTF Station. I made this purchase August of 2023.
I started having issues with my white ink not printing properly. I started getting horizontal lines out of one white and nothing out of the second white.
Countless head cleans and nozzle checks did not help the problem any. I performed so many tests over a two month period that I went through 3/4 of a roll of film!
I contacted HTW who had a representative from DTF Station contact me. I’ve been in contact with two different representatives over these past two months and I swear I would get the same results from talking to a brick wall! I am still within my warranty (expires in August) and they are intentionally stringing me along. They will ask for something small (model of printer) despite me telling them previously. I answer their email and provide proof the same day. After two days go by, I MIGHT hear back from them. If not, I’m emailing again.
Sadly, it looks like others have experienced the same heartache as I have. Despite doing research before making this investment I clearly made a bad choice. There were very few reviews when I initially started researching and I attributed that to this being such a new printer.
PLEASE RUN FAST AND FAR FROM DTF STATION!!! I now have a $6K paperweight!!!!

Does anyone out here have any recommendations on what can be done? I’m interested if any of the others who have submitted reviews have had any beneficial resolutions.

horrible company got the dtf bundle…

horrible company got the dtf bundle tried to contact about my printer stop working then they said it wasnt covered so had to send them my receipt and date i got it now all the boards are bad and they dont want to replace the dtf printer because they dont sell them any more been trying to get this solved for 3 months

Do not recommend

I have been trying to contact them for a few weeks about my printer and still no response to emails or voicemails I do believe they screen your calls I purchased warranty so if i had issues I would be able to get the help I needed I paid too much money not to get the help I need

By far the worse experience my printer…

By far the worse experience my printer begins having issues 31 days a go now it's been 21 days without a working printer that won't start up and nobody has returned my call or emailed me or called me to discuss a resolution I only had 2 months when it begins giving me problems, I do not recommend these printers, or this company beware.
