Both the UK and Dubai teams were extremely helpful and clearly experienced. I was initially concerned about shipping our furniture from London to Dubai due to how delicate some of the pieces are, but Dubai Removals handled everything with care and packed each item properly to prevent any damage.

After comparing several companies and requesting numerous quotes, they offered one of the most competitive and reasonable prices. They packed everything in our London home and unpacked and assembled everything again in Dubai. The entire move was smooth and completely stress-free.

I used Dubai Removals for our move from London to Abu Dhabi, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Several boxes of our belongings went missing, and one of our Bose speakers arrived dented. While I understand that accidents can occur during a move, the company’s response made things much worse. Their customer service has been slow and dismissive — they ignored follow-up emails and even questioned whether my claims were genuine. When I reported the damaged speaker, I was told, “How is it possible to dent the speaker when everything is wrapped?” rather than being offered any help or solution. Overall, I expected much better communication and accountability from a professional moving company. I would not recommend Dubai Removals based on this experience.

The Dubai team (Gerro and team members) and England team (Aaron and team members) handled the shipment magnificently. The packaging was stress free, all our stuffs were securely packed and well received within the committed time frame. The offloading team in uk was great too, really helpful. Moving is always very stressful but moving abroad is more so. But the guys @ Dubai removals made everything so easy. Jonny was extremely helpful and responsive. Helped dropping us some packing materials in advance of his guys coming, so we could get ahead. When his guys arrived they took over and wrapped up the whole house perfectly. Taking care to make sure all was done properly.

The items arrived in Dubai on time as promised (the day after we arrived) and the team unloaded and set up each item in every room.

From collecting our belongings in Dubai, to them arriving in UK which the team then added more of our belongings there to then eventually getting to our new home in Malaga the service was seamless, communication with the team was great and we was always kept up to date with where our belongings were, thank you again for your patience with us with all our delays on delivery!
