Amazing service from start to finish. We were having a hard time with deciding when to send our furniture to Dubai as our house sale kept stalling. Jonathon was so understanding and as flexible as he could be whilst helping us calculate when our furniture would arrive. The team who came to pack up our house in the UK were all amazing, grafted all day and took care of our things…all with a smile on their faces (working a bank holiday). We were updated throughout and the delivery and assembly of our furniture in Dubai went very smoothly. A very hardworking team running up flights of stairs with armfuls making it look easy. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, at a very stressful time in our lives it was exactly what we needed. The price was very competitive and I’m so glad we picked Dubai removals to get us where we wanted to be. Thank you to all involved, will absolutely be recommending.

Jonny, Gerry and all the team both in the UK and Dubai have been amazing. Helpful, kind, polite and professional - we couldn’t fault either team! Our house was packed up in record time and everything arrived in tact and was put back together again perfectly… In fact so much so when they thought they had misplaced just one screw they offered to replace and sort free of charge. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! They made moving across the work so much less stressful.

Professional, friendly service from the whole team at Dubai movers. From the moment I spoke to Jonnie I felt confident that they would be able to manage our move. We had already left the UK so our son and the UK team dealt with the packing and wrapping of our items.
We were kept informed of the location of our packages as they made their way over to the UAE.
Despite the consignment arriving during the Eid celebrations, Gerro kept us updated and in the loop with the final steps.
The delivery team were just lovely and helpful as they unloaded our boxes into the villa. Thanks to everyone involved - we might need your help with a second shipment sooner than we thought!!

I used Dubai Removals to transport my belongings back to the UK as Gerro, (who worked for a different company at the time), did a fantastic job of importing my goods when I first moved to Dubai. I also wanted to be able to speak with someone based in the UK whilst my goods are in transit. I’ve spoken with Jonathon on a number of occasions and he has communicated really well with me.

From the offset when Gerro and his team packaged and collected my belongings last Wednesday, they were extremely professional. The team worked really hard and I have to say, the quality of the packaging materials they used was second to none. Communication from Gerro leading up to collection was excellent - he assured me that he and his team would arrive on time and organised the moving out permit via the building management. All my items were clearly labelled and some are even being delivered to my family home where I’m staying in the UK, whilst some will be stored until I can move back to my own property when my tenants leave.

Based on my experience so far with Dubai Removals, I would highly recommend their service. I did get some cheaper quotes, however I feel that because of my previous dealings with Gerro and experiencing his exceptional care, knowledge and customer service, coupled with the import into the UK being managed by their UK division, it was an easy choice to go with Dubai Removals. Well done to Gerro and his team, five stars for a wonderful job done!
