Duckies Shoes Avis 

We have been buying Duckies shoes for years and have always been incredibly impressed with the quality, so when we recently had a small issue with a pair, I was a little disappointed.

I contacted Duckies customer service and Sarah was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to properly review the situation and rather than simply offering the standard resolution, went above and beyond and offered to arrange a replacement pair for us. She was incredibly kind, understanding and genuinely wanted to make things right.

What impressed me even more was that we were able to keep the original pair as well, which was such a generous gesture. The whole process was handled so quickly, easily and with such lovely communication.

We have purchased many pairs of Duckies over the years and have always loved them, which is why we continue to come back. It’s so reassuring to know that behind such a great product is a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products.

A huge thank you to Sarah for her kindness and exceptional customer service. It is genuinely appreciated, and we will absolutely continue to be loyal Duckies customers. 💛

Great shoes for babies just starting to learn how to walk since they are really soft, my toddler loves them! He's a runner!

EDITED - I received a reply to my email with an apology for length of time taken to process return. My exchange has been processed and upgraded to express delivery.

I ordered two pairs of Duckies shoes on 17 September and received them on 19 September. Unfortunately, one pair was too small, so I followed Duckies' returns process and submitted an exchange through their online returns portal, as instructed.

I returned the shoes via tracked InPost delivery on 22 September, and the tracking confirms that they were successfully delivered back to Duckies on 25 September.

I also included a note inside the parcel with my name, order number and details of the exchange.

As of 6 October, I still haven't received my replacement shoes or any confirmation that my return has been processed. I emailed Duckies on 3 October asking for an update but have received no response.

I appreciate that returns can take some time to process, but they have now had my returned shoes for 11 days and I haven't even received an acknowledgement. For a £30 order, this has been really disappointing and frustrating, particularly as I followed the returns procedure exactly as instructed and have proof of delivery.

I hope Duckies will respond and resolve this quickly. I will happily update this review if the situation is sorted.

The shoes were an awful fit considering they're marketed as first walkers . Really hard to get on a baby's foot and poorly designed to support walking. I was further disappointed when returning the shoes was actually equally as hard work, they do not some with a return nor is there an online portal for returns, you have to trudge through the website to try and find how to return and send them back at your own expense.

These are totally useless. They simply don’t stay on at all. As an early years worker working with babies I absolutely despair when a child arrives wearing these ‘shoes’

Ordered wrong size, Sarah helped solving the issue well on the same day

I've tried many different brands of shoes for my toddler and these are my favourites. They are high quality, look good, wash easily in the machine and come out looking great. They are also easy to put on him and seem comfortable.

Ordered some for my LO using the size guide. They arrived quickly and look fab but the sizing is completely off and doesn’t correspond with the size chart . He’s a uk 5/ eu 22 so bought a 6 as advised on their chart but the shoes are way too big. Have emailed and will update review once issue sorted!

Sizing is off they fall off my daughters feet constantly it’s so frustrating as there the right size but they just slip off! I brought the Velcro ones to avoid this but not helped at all.

Also mark so easily not happy have told customer service they’re not bothered.

The shoes are very cute and the service was great! Had to exchange due to sizing and Sarah and the team made it very easy and they were very friendly!

Sarah, was amazing to deal with. She was happy to exchange a pair of Duckie shoes for a larger size no problem at all very accommodating very helpful. Very polite in her emails. I’ve bought a couple of Duckie shoes for my grandchildren in the past and I highly recommend them they are amazing for the little ones 😊
