Replaced our old front door which had trouble locking. Everyone we met and spoke to were lovely, kept up to date with the process from start to finish. The door was exactly what we wanted and the fitter was fantastic (and left no mess)! Lovely people and proud to support a Welsh company. 👏🏼

In May 2025 we had Dunraven Windows replace our leaking conservatory roof. Throughout the process we found all personnel involved to be highly professional, and communication from office staff was excellent. We were very pleased with the standard of work and felt we received great value - especially considering 20% of the price was for VAT. The conservatory is a delight to use once again.

On the back of that we ordered a new front door - composite door, uPVC frames, installed January 2026. Again, communication was excellent, and the tradesman very professional, leaving a very clean site at the end. The under-door draught is eliminated and daylight fills our hallway at last. We know we had good value, because previous quotes from other companies had been higher. I totally recommend Dunraven.

We are first time customers of dunraven and we have no problem getting their services again for future home development. It was installed efficiently and staff were punctual . Customer services is over all satisfactory.

I was offered a free quote from Dunraven Windows for a porch I was considering having built. I was quoted £12,800 which would be reduced to £11,000 if I agreed to go ahead with the work within the next 6 weeks. Not knowing whether or not I should have a porch built, I tried to explain I would need time to think and declined. Then I was offered a new price of £5000. What if I’d agreed to the first quote?

Excellent service from DUNRAVEN - our Conservatory was built from scratch,in November and early December 2025 : within the expected timeframe despite some days of extreme weather, the various Teams - from digging out, building the brickwork and internals such as heating and electrics to the installation of the glazing put in the effort to keep to schedule and were polite,professional and skilled. We were pleased that we could utilise the Conservatory for a big family Christmas meal ( which was our ambitious thought when the work started mid-November) , now mid January fully decorated we are using the room every day. We went ahead with two Window replacements for the House based on our positive experience.

The installation team of brothers Dan and Mike have just completed installing 7 windows and a new front door for the front of the house, the works has been completed to a very high standard, both guys were professional and courteous during the works, the Dunraven Windows teams (sales, surveyors, office and installation) have been fantastic from the start to the end of the process, We certainly will be recommending Dunraven Windows to family friends and neighbours, Kudos to the team 👌

I have an extension build looked promising with 10 years warranty.

This is first year of having it built and I have electrics tripped due to leakage, roof leaking almost everywhere and floor starting to volcano. Now only way to reach is the dun raven number when I call it’s told that someone will call back and I don’t get any call.
I don’t see the point in 10 year warranty if all it does is customer calling and complaining it to reception. No one in building team is worried or has tried to reach out for help.

Is there a legal way to proceed as it have given it enough time to fix my issues?

Visit at the beginning where everything was explained to us. Very friendly salesperson no pushy at all. Organised door fitting ASAP and all fitted before Christmas. We are really pleased with our new door and would recommend Dunraven to friends.

Dunraven recently installed four new windows for us. This is the third time that we have used the company and we remain very pleased with their product. All our windows and all bar one door have now been provided by Dunraven.

My front door which was recently installed became faulty over the new year . Nigel from dunraven came promptly to our assistance identified the fault and rectified it . Excellent customer service.

I had my original conservatory enlarged and a splendor roof put on, plus under floor heating. All the workmen were very pleasant and worked well in their teams. They all seemed to have worked for the company for many years which is a sign that it is a good company to work for and therefore people are more likely to enjoy their work and do a good job. Each team kept me well informed about what the next stage was. Communication with the company was easy either by phone or email and any messages were quickly responded too. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone else and would definitely consider further work to be done by the company in future.

From ordering our new front door to installation was very efficient, guys that came we're polite and made a nice tidy job of the install, door looks really good now.

We got conservatory done recently. Everything went as per plan and was ready within days promised. Good team work, very professional. Later we did come to know about cheaper quotes from other companies, so may be a bit costlier but as long as everything goes well and in future also, if any issues addressed sooner, I am ok to pay little more.

Very pleased with our new bay windows. Finding a local company to fit curved glass for our large bay windows wasn't the easiest task, but Dunraven were able to supply and fit.
The guys doing the install were very efficient, polite, and were very tidy throughout.
We would definitely use Dunraven again should we require further work.

We contracted Dunraven to replace our soffits, guttering, windows and porch on our detached property. This included stained glass to our own design. So a big job.
Josh was their principal fitter. As well as being a skilled tradesman he is an outstanding ambassador for his company. He kept us fully informed as the project progressed and even went the extra mile when necessary.
We are very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the products.

Installer was very polite and punctual. Despite the nasty weather, he continued to complete the job to our satisfaction. The new items are beautiful, well fitted and finished, and will definitely call on Dunraven again for any future jobs. Communications with staff were very good.
