Placed order and then after check out I noticed they charged me for 2 vacuums AND a warranty which I opted out I called immediately to cancel and was told it was already in shipping. (BULL). A week later and I still don’t have tracking info. This company is a scam. Stay away

The actual vacuum is fine for what I need it for but trying to contact this sham and send back the three other vacuums they sent me and took money from me for when I only ordered one is diabolical . every email sent has been returned as undelivered and I have phoned the USA twice spoke to two people who said they would send me email with return details and have recieved nothing .whoever they are they have over £120 of my money and I have three vacuums I do not need stay away from them you can actually purchase through Amazon so you may get better luck if needing to return . If the so called company is reading this please get in touch I want my money back and return the ones I dont need

SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered one handheld hoover but they charged me for two AND a warranty. The actual vacuum looks cheap and tacky and does not work. Tried to contact their customer services as they guarantee 30 day return and the email has bounced back!

Illegal practices AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The misrepresentation and dishonesty of this supplier is next level. I will be lodging a bank dispute for payment and a complaint with the ACCC. These blatantly misleading and illegal business practices should be stopped.

Useless

I bought a handheld hoover and when it arrived it was laughable! It’s tiny and absolutely useless, but no way of getting hold of them, the email address doesn’t work that they supply! So now stuck with a useless hoover that wasn’t cheap either!!

Hey Teegan Ševeček, I had the same issue—no order confirmation initially. That's because it went straight to my junk/spam folder, which was the first red flag, so definitely worth checking there. I also noticed the site has a very low trust score on Scamwatch, which added to my concerns. Just sharing in case it helps others avoid buying from these scammers and running into the same problems others have had with these conmen.

A terrible terrible SCAM. The company needs to be prosecuted. Attempted to place the order based on glorified reviews. Could not get the discount advertised despite multiple tries. Have not even had a chance to review the order summary before the order was processed and I learned that I was charged for some additional "protection" and expedited shipping. This was not properly disclosed and approved by me. Called right away to request an order cancellation. It was acknowledged and received a Case #. I was told the refund would get processed in 5-7 biz days. Never got a refund, have a charge on my credits card and every time I called I was hung up on. That is just unacceptable. Never got the product, never got the refund. Needed to dispute with the bank. There should be a class action law suit against this company.

Scammed, don't order from this company

After seeing positive reviews, I've decided to purchase the vacuum. With shipping fees I was charged 77.98€, upon opening my bank account I found out I was additionly without my consent charged 30.99€ - together making up 108.97€.
Obviously feeling confused I have contacted the company via email for an explanation and a refund of said 30.99€.
Their response? We cannot find your order under your email, while also sharing with them them the screenshot of said confirmed order with the same email. According to their 2.1 refund policy, if contacted up to 12 hours the customer is eligible for a full refund. I contacted them in less than 15 minutes from when the order was placed.

I'm still waiting for a response back but I'm afraid I won't be getting a response back. I will be taking this up to my bank next week and demanding a full refund of 108.97€.
Also worth noting a never got a confirmation email of the purchase, no explanation of what the 30.99€ could had been.
Do not order from this company. I'm afraid I won't get back my money.

DustaClean is a scam

DustaClean is a scam. The product looks like a toy. Contacting Customer Service is a joke. I called the number. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Then they hung up on me. I tried the chat feature. It diverted me to an email. I went round and round in the email only to be told they couldn't find the order number which was in the email. Now they are trying to give me $25 to avoid returning it. I will report them to my bank and also the Better Business Bureau.

Useless handheld vacuum

Purchased a handheld vacuum - absolute rubbish, it doesn't work properly and they charge me £84 for it!!! When it arrived the box was completely damaged but not the packaging which means it was damaged before it was put in the envelope. After complaining they offered a % off and not return the goods. I wanted to a full refund - so have sent it back - I await a refund!
